I have the menu, to hand. So the interviews for cook will comence tomorrow. Applications to be recieved no later than 8pm tomorrow.

Since its Sunday Night, and Swanny gone bed, and there not many people in tonight - the last orders please, we close at 11pm.

Having been to the hotel annexe of Swannys Bar I have to give it 4stars - it would have been 5stars but the swimming pool in the back garden dried up when it finally stopped raining.

last time i went on a night out in newcastle was on the famous winter tour ! where i didnt come home, and slept in a heap with gary under the shopping centre !!!

I think everyone else was camping :)

anyone can enter swannys bar quiz. all will be welcome at swannys bar quiz the whole internet is talking about. was advertized on bbc1 its that popular :) starts 8pm tomorrow night. mr stu is in for a busy time and the menu is looking good :)

The menu is quite extensive, I would have prefered someone with a little more experience, but you were the only candidate. I suppose I could help you to start with. (C&G 706/1 706/2 707/6. Yes Im a trainned chef and silver service waitress.) Since food service is between 4am and 11.30am then 12.30pm and 11pm Bex is going to have her work cut out.

Youll have to ask Mr Swan, as propriator of this establishment, he should give them to you. Youre on a weeks trial by the way.

As we now have a cook, here is the menu for the bar.

Bar Menu served from 12.30pm until 11pm

Sausage and mash with onion gravy £3.50

Chicken and Mushroom pie, served with chips and beans £3.50

Burger/ cheese burger with chips £3.50

Soup and a roll. £2.50

Chips £1.50/ Cheesy Chips £2.00

Ploughmans £3.50 (vegetarian option available)

Special of the day. £4.50

Monday - Chilli con carne with rice
Tuesday - Jacket potato with a choice of fillings
coleslaw/ cheese/beans/tuna and sweetcorn

Full english. 2 bacon, 2 sausages, mushrooms, bean, grilled tomato, and egg either fryed, scambled or poached, and Fried slice. Black pudding is optional. £4.50
