WOOT! Brilliant Kody - utter brilliance!
Round 2
Turbulence vs. ForcePower 5.0: My opponion on this is going to be possibly wrong, but I say that Turbulence shall win via OOTAing because if they hit the corners of ForcePower, it will get underneath. And due to its shape, it will get underneath AJs robot easily, push it to the sides and toss it out!
Flank Attack: DT vs. Hacked off Ha-ka: Whilst the front is Hardox and the claws are Titanium, the top is POLYCARBONATE - a perfect device for axes to pierce. Go HA-KA!
Heat Final: TURBULENCE VS. HACKED OFF HA-KA
And from that list, Im going the mighty vapourbot axe of HACKED OFF HA-KA to qualify for the semis!
Oh [2 minutes worth of unrepeatable language], there goes my theory out of the window.
Erm, yeah. Paul just gave my tactics for me:proud:

Frank, I noticed you changed your team name to SSDD from Bored in MN2: if your current team name is different, please correct me:sad:
Hah... No, Im still using Team Bored. Its just seeing Ive entered the exact same team in so many tournies, I thought Id refference that fact with my love of acronyms... Same [banned], Different Day:proud:

Ah, this should be fairly simple. Lets start with the basics, we both have 0mm clearance wedges. So head to head its down to power. Turbulence runs 2x Bosch GPA 750w motors at 24v giving it 2hp. ForcePower 5.0 runs 2x LEM-200 motors at 60v giving it 104hp. You do the maths! :proud: Quite clearly I have a huge power advantage and I should be able to push Turbulence around all day. As for its flipper, I work perfectly well inverted so its not much of a worry, but Ill avoid it as much as possible. Just get it down the pit and feed to to the hazard and house robots.
Actually, I would expect Forcepower to be difficult to control...
Who said anything about control?
Well, control helps. For example if I know going wedge to wedge is a bad move, I should have a better sucess rate of aiming somewhere else.
As Frank said Erm, yeah. Paul just gave my tactics for me :proud: Two simple words - go me :proud:!
lol Paul Cuomo, where in my stats does it say my top is polycarbonate? Its only in the picture, just to show the insides etc. laffo
anyway try to stay away from that axe as much as possible and see if I can fake him out to waste some of that limited CO2. Hes not very good at pushing, regardless, so if we get locked in a pushing battle I should be able to shove him around. Mostly Id like to aim for the sides to grapple on and pit.
