FEATHERWEIGHT MELEE
From Portsmouth, in Hampshire, Flow!
A wedge shaped robot with a powerful flipper yet to be tested in Robot Wars. 2WD and electric motors give it fast speeds, but its light and has a limited CO2 supply.
From Colchester, in Essex, Skink!
The team entered the New Blood competition with Pressure. This is a 4WD box with a CO2 powered flipper on the front. It is slow at 8mph and made from plastic. How long will that hold up?
From Texas, in the USA, Starfighter!
From the dark side comes this wedge with a rear flipper and made from steel. It's the slowest in the battle at 2mph though.

B2: Starfighter
House Robots: Matilda and Sir Killalot
3-2-1: Activate!
Flow and Skink head straight for Starfighter, who gets off to a slow start. The slowest in the fight, really. Flow gets under and pushes Starfighter towards the wall! It FLIPS! Starfighter JUST stays in! Flow has flipped itself over! Starfighter is on its wheels again, but not for long as Skink lifts it into the air! Flow self-rights and heads towards the two. Skink pushes Starfighter into the CPZ! Matilda is waiting! Starfighter needs to get away...OH! It got hit by the flywheel of Matilda and was sent flying out of the CPZ! These robots are very light, so they fly easily! Skink backs away, but pursued by Flow who flips it over! Skink self-rights. A battle of the flippers now. Is Starfighter still moving? It landed right way up after Matilda hit it, but the armour is damaged and I think its immobolised! Skink pushes Flow towards the flame pit, but Flow escapes and swings around to flip it! Skink gets out of the way and Flow flips itself over! It self-rights again, though and comes back on the attack. Skink presses the pit release button. Meanwhile, Refbot counts out Starfighter. They didn't last very long, did they?
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10!
Sir Killalot moves in to get rid of Starfighter. Flow slides under Skink and flips it! Skink lands back on its wheels, but how long can it keep this up? It turns to get at the sides of Flow and does so, lifting Flow onto its side! Flow flips, and lands on its back! It self-rights, but Skink is waiting and pushes it across the arena! Flow pushes back though and breaks free. Skink gives chase. Meanwhile, Starfighter is being shown across the arena by Killalot and...over the wall it goes! It leaves Flow and Skink left. I think Flow has been the more aggresive. It slides under Skink and flips it over once more! Flipping itself over as well! Flow seems to powerful for itself. They both self-right, and Skink swings around to try and retaliate, but Flow backs away. Skink follows, or does it? Waiting its moment, perhaps? At the controls, Harry Orr and Mike Hamilton Macy. Or are they? Has all that flipping around by Flow damaged the insides? I don't think they can move in a straight line anymore! Flow gets under again and THROWS it into the angle grinder! Skink, on its side against the wall. It self-rights, but isn't moving freely. Refbot comes in.
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10!
That's a shame, but Flow goes through to the featherweight final! Killalot gets Skink in his grasp and lifts it into the air! Where is he going to take it? Towards the pit? He drops Skink, and down they go.

Firestorm V VS Traffic Warden
I'll wait until Steven returns for his tactics. Also, I have a terrible feeling I've made a lot of mistakes. For one, Starfighter's speed does say 2mph, but it could just be a mistake. Also, Matilda. In the Dutch Robot Wars, there was a three part clusterbot called V32. When one part was immobolised, Matilda hit it with her flywheel and sent it flying into the camera and out of the arena. Between the three parts, each must have been between 20-30kg. If she did that to a 20kg robot, then what can she do with a 12kg robot? Can someone look at this and point out any mistakes, please

Worteldriekwadraat (which translated to squarerootofthreesquared) didn't have three equal parts. The most weight was given to the part with the flipper in it. It was one of the lighter ones that got smashed in the polycarb so hard the the wheel left a print on it.

Firestorm 5 VS TRAFFIC WARDEN
Aim for the rear, clamp on tight and pit the bugger ASAP. Traffic Warden doesn't like wedges, especially ones as successful as Firestorm. Let's just hope my good speed and manoueverability will pay off.

3-2-1: Activate!
Firestorm V is the favourite here, but Traffic Warden could still pull it out of the bag. They run into them, but get flipped over! It's invertible, Traffic Warden, so that won't harm it. They try and get to the back of Firestorm V to grab it and push it around, but Firestorm V swings left and Traffic Warden goes up the front again. Over it goes! Turning away now, Traffic Warden. Firestorm V gives chase. Sliding under and pushing it into the angle grinder! Traffic Warden against the wall! Firestorm V gets under and NO! They don't flip them out. Traffic Warden is back on its wheels and now it quickly turns to get at the back of Firestorm V. Nudging Firestorm V, but the number 4 seeds dodge the attack and turn to flip Traffic Warden again. But Traffic Warden has got the front of Firestorm in its grasp and starts to crush in! Firestorm V need to get out there! Pushing it into the arena wall! Are we going to see another seed fall? Traffic Warden tries to pull Firestorm V away, but they pull back! Into the CPZ! Cassius Chrome is there and he shows Traffic Warden the way out! Off it goes. Firestorm V escapes as well as Growler comes in! Very fast, Growler. Traffic Warden turns around to try and clamp the rear of Firestorm V, but Firestorm V is very manouvrable. Two good robots here. It is very close so far. Traffic Warden goes up the front of Firestorm V again and is flipped over! They recover and go on the attack again. Firestorm V around the side this time! Pushing Traffic Warden into the pit release button! Traffic Warden flipped once more, but escapes. If they get hold of Firestorm V, they could push them into the pit and that would be a shock! Firestorm V slides under again, but Traffic Warden gets lucky and clamps onto it! Like a crab holding onto its prey! Firestorm V flips it away, though. Traffic Warden manourves around the back and almost had a chance there, but Firestorm V counters and slides under Traffic Warden once again. Pushing them towards the pit and FLIPPING them in! Traffic Warden's hopes go up in smoke. Firestorm V is the winner and goes through to the grand final!

And before anyone asks, I looked at both robots before this fight was written. I thought about their strategies, weaknesses and strengths. Please do not accuse me of putting the seeded robots through because of that. I don't do things like that

Surgeon General vs. Ge5orce
Obviously since Ge5orce can't do much by simply flipping me, it'll try and go for the OOTA. In this case I will stay away from the walls, and try to dodge around him if he chases me to get the disc spun up. Once it's spun up, Ge5orce won't have too fun of a time, let me tell you. :) Wreck the flipper and wheelpods, try to jam something.
Though if there are weak-ish house robots in the arena, care to have a go at them Andy? :)

Welcome back to Robot Wars! This is the fourth and final heat before the Grand Final. Let's start with Round One! :)
BATTLE ONE
From South Kestevan, in Lincolnshire, Ge5orce!
A wedge shaped robot made from Hardox. Its weapon is a Co2 powered flipper that can hoist 1600kg. The wheels are protected by special pods, but they are still exposed from the top.
From Miami, in the USA, Surgeon General!
An invertible 2WD box with a spinning disc on the front that can cause major damage. The wheels are exposed, though and it is unreliable.
Roboteers, stand by!
B1: Ge5orce
B2: Surgeon General
House Robots: Mr Psycho and Sgt Bash
3-2-1: Activate!
I like the look of Ge5orce, but the spinning disc on Surgeon General looks very destructive. Ge5force sneaks around the side, but Surgeon General looks to counter this. OH! Ge5orce FLIPPED them...3ft into the air! Surgeon General comes crashing down! They turn and clip Ge5orce's wheel guard. Ge5orce away, but Surgeon General gives chase. Ge5orce could be the most powerful flipper we've seen in Robot Wars. It turns around to face the disc, but I think the front is too low for the disc to hit it. Ge5orce comes in again and FLIPS! Surgeon General thrown again and coming back down to earth. That one must have been at least 5ft! Ge5orce prepares for another flip, but Surgeon General hits them with the disc! Ge5orce tries to flip it away, but Surgeon General wants to avoid that type of attack! Part of the flipper on Ge5orce appears to be torn! It doesn't look like its closing properly. Surgeon General comes in again to try and take the wheel guard off! That way, Ge5orce might be immobolised. Ge5orce tries to flip again, but the flipper is clipped by the disc. On top at the beginning, Ge5orce, but behind now. Backing into the side of Surgeon General and trying to push them towards the flame pit! Surgeon General turns and something goes FLYING! Was it part of the wheel guard of Ge5orce? Maybe. Ge5orce escapes across the arena, into the pit release button! Can they push Surgeon General in? They swerve to avoid another assault by them. Surgeon General goes for another attack, but Ge5orce comes in from the side and tries to flip! The flipper is too damaged, though. It won't close because of the tear Surgeon General put in it! Surgeon General turns away, into Mr Psycho's CPZ! Down comes the hammer...onto the top of Surgeon General! That must hurt! Surgeon General tries to get away, but Ge5orce still has the energy to push them back into the CPZ! The hammer comes down again! The top of Surgeon General has some dents in it. They escape and turn to use the disc again. Ge5orce manourves around the side and despite the damage, still tries to flip it! Surgeon General turns and RIPS into the other wheel guard! Taking it clean off! That leaves Ge5orce exposed. The last ten seconds count down. Ge5orce turns to try and get around the back, but Surgeon General counters and makes another dent in the flipper! Ge5orce turns away towards the centre of the arena. It'll go to the judges.
Cease!
What a fight! Both robots still mobile, so the judges will make their decision based on style, control, damage and aggression.

O.I.D: well, hes a rambot, nice and simple flat sides should be easy for me to rip into...hmmmmmm and i smell polycarbonate :) which should be like a hot knife through butter :) so basically spin up, get him from the side and pwn...sorry K.O him :D

I'll use the infamous ramming wedge for this fight. Don't let him get to my sides or back, although even Hypno-Disc didn't do anything to that thick polycarb. Use the wedge to feed him to the house robots, and, if possible, press the pit release button and pit the sucker. Should be a good fight, so good luck, Jack :) .

BATTLE TWO
From Richmond upon Thames, in London, OID!
The name stands for 'Oh I'm Dizzy'. Will it make the other robots dizzy with its 2000mph spinning disc. Its invertible, and made from Hardox, but the wheels are exposed.
From Huntingdon, in Cambridgeshire, the number 2 seeds, Tornado!
They came third in the last series. A box on wheels with interchangable weapons including a scoop, a lifter and a spinning disc. They have plenty of experience, but the drive train is unreliable.
Roboteers, stand by!
B1: OID
B2: Tornado
House Robots: Shunt and Dead Metal
3-2-1: Activate!
Tornado has the scoop for this fight, so it'll try and get under OID and push it around the arena. OID approaches, but Tornado charges straight in first and pushes them into the wall! OID gets away and turns to use its disc, and makes contact with the scoop of Tornado. Sparks fly! It doesn't stop Tornado, who once again gets the scoop under and pushes OID into the CPZ, where Shunt waits! He brings his axe down onto the Hardox armour of OID, but doesn't make much damage. OID away, and greeted by Tornado, who rams into them once more, pushing them against the far end wall of the arena! OID turns around to use its rear wedge, and now it slides under the side of Tornado and pushes him aside. I don't think that will faze Tornado, though. They slip away and get around the side of OID again, pushing them towards another CPZ! It's empty, but OID needs to get out of there quickly. They do, as Dead Metal appears on the scene. But Tornado, with 4WD, is much stronger than OID and shoves them into the grasp of Dead Metal. Sparks fly as the saw cuts into the Hardox armour! OID tries to get away, but Shunt comes in now! Tornado presses the pit release button! OID is away, but how much damage has it taken? Tornado manourves itself under OID again and pushes them towards the pit! OID JUST avoids it! Tornado almost went in itself then! OID swings around and hits Tornado with the disc! Tornado backs away and comes in again! OOH! Too close to the edge, there! They pushed OID away, but come back in for more! Turning into the side and pushing them down! OH! Tornado follows! Both of them are in the pit, but its obvious who went in first!
Cease!
Both robots are in the pit, but OID went in first.
Tornado goes through to the heat final!

Surgeon General vs. Tornado
Not an ideal match-up, but let's have a go. Tornado's obviously a rambot so it'll try to stop the disc. What I'm going to do is try and smack the edges of the front and spin Tornado away, so I can spin up repeatedly. Enough hits should take the wedge off and leave the front open for business, and then I can really tear into him. If an opportunity to attack the sides and rear becomes available, go for it. And if he's able to push me, reverse and spin; Surgeon General is quite good at turning, as shown in his fight with Killerhurtz.

My tactics:
Surgeon General is essentially an invertible 2-wheeled Hypno-Disc with protected wheels, So I'll use the Tornado vs Hypno-Disc strategy on him. Consistantly push him from the side, and shove him into whatever CPZ is closest. Then eventually press the pit release button and shove him in. That disc should do nothing to my wedge, and I have the better drive.
Simply: Press the pit release button, and push him from the side into the pit.

A box on wheels with a front wedge and fast speeds of 15mph. Its made from Aluminium, so its strong, but the wheels are exposed.

B1: Flow
B2: Overdrive
House Robots: Dead Metal and Shunt
3-2-1: Activate!
A new featherweight champion will be crowned after this. Overdrive straight out and sliding under Flow! Ramming them into the arena wall! Flow away and turns to get under, but flips itself over! Overdrive pushes it into a CPZ, where Shunt awaits. Flow self-rights and avoids a mighty axe blow! It escapes the CPZ and gets under Overdrive, FLIPPING them into the air! Overdrive crashes back down, but I don't think that has hurt them. They swing around to get at the back of Flow, perhaps to push them towards the flame pit or the angle grinder or a CPZ again? They do so, but Flow counters and tries to get under again, but misses! That's a waste of Co2. How much do they have left? Overdrive barges into them again and pushes them towards the wall. Flow against the angle grinder, but away. Doing well to stay in this, I think. Overdrive presses the pit release button. Down goes the pit. They'll need to avoid that as Flow once again flips Overdrive! That is a powerful flipper Flow has! Overdrive OK, and they swing around to get under Flow again. Flow backs off the wedge and gets under the side of Overdrive. FLIPPING it over! Overdrive, can avoid another flip? Yes, they're off and away towards the flame pit. Flow follows. They've both got good armour, so the flames won't do any damage. Overdrive spins around to face Flow and slides under again, pushing them back into Shunt! Flow...ha ha! They try to flip Shunt! Overdrive comes in again, just as Shunt brings his axe down and hits them instead of Flow! Flow escapes, but Shunt pushes Overdrive against the wall. They're in trouble here. Dead Metal approaches, but Overdrive escapes and is out of danger now. Flow crashes into them and FLIPS! OH! They've flipped themselves over again! That's how powerful their flipper is! Overdrive pushes them towards the wall, but Flow self-rights as they are shoved into an angle grinder. Its off again and tries to get under Overdrive once more. Overdrive is upside down from the earlier flip, and thus cannot push properly now as Flow slides under the wedge and THROWS them towards the bottom of the arena! Overdrive backs away, ALMOST into the pit! They had a lucky escape there, but Flow comes in again. Overdrive gets under and tries to turn them towards the pit, but Flow swerves! OH! Overdrive is on the edge and DOWN they go! They tried to push Flow in, but went down themselves! What bad driving! Flow is the winner!
Cease!

The last place in the grand final up for grabs. Tornado has the wedge and SLAMS into Surgeon General straight away! Sparks fly from the disc, but Tornado isn't fazed and pushes Surgeon General towards the CPZ! Surgeon General however, counters this and swerves out of the way before they get there, so Tornado turns and goes on the attack again. Pushing from the side this time, but Surgeon General once again swings out of harms way. Good tactics from both sides! Tornado needs to keep Surgeon General from escaping if they are to win. They push into the side again and take Surgeon General into the pit release button! Down goes the pit. Surgeon General escapes, JUST avoiding going down! Tornado follows, but Surgeon General spins around and HITS them with the disc! Tornado is very strong, though and pushes Surgeon General once more towards the CPZ! Surgeon General tries to get away, but Mr Psycho is waiting and down comes the hammer...ONTO the top of Surgeon General! Tornado pushes them into Mr Psycho again, but Surgeon General escapes and the hammer falls again onto the arena floor! Tornado off and away, to push Surgeon General towards the flame pit. Surgeon General frees itself again and now Tornado goes for the sides. Pushing Surgeon General across the arena again and into the angle grinder! Surgeon General tries to escape, but Tornado rams them again! Is Surgeon General stuck against the wall? No, they get away, but Tornado is dogged in its pursuit here! Pushing Surgeon General again, this time into Matilda! OH! She hits Surgeon General with her flywheel and something came flying off! Was it one of the wheel guards? I think so! That leaves one of their wheels exposed! Tornado tries to push them again but ends up FLYING from Matilda's flywheel and ALMOST into the pit! Matilda showing no mercy in this battle! Tornado is still mobile, and pushes Surgeon General once more. Surgeon General swings round again and escapes, but Tornado is still in pursuit. This is a fantastic fight! Tornado barges into the side of Surgeon General and pushes them towards the pit! Surgeon General is able to free itself and hits Tornado once more with the disc. That doesn't stop the second seeds, though! The last ten seconds count down. Tornado pushes Surgeon General onto the flame pit. That won't harm them though. Its got good armour, Surgeon General. They shove free of Tornado, who turns to give chase.

OMG!!! I'm actually doing well in a tourney for once!!!
My tactics:
If I face Firestorm: I'll use the ramming wedge to get under the the bevel back(I think that's what it's called), and ram it all across the arena. If I can trap it in a CPZ with a house robot for an extended period of time, I'll press the pit release button, get underneath the bevel back, and pit the sucker.
If I face Typhoon 2: I'll use a rather unique plan: I'll use the anti-crusher frame to hit Typhoon above the spinning teeth, thereby knocking him off balance. There's a good chance he'll flip himself over due to instability, and there's an average chance that he'll get caught in the frame, allowing me to press the pit release button, and shove him into the pit.
If I face Macduff the 4th: Use the wedge and my superior maneuverability to get around to the side, get under those spikes, trap it in a CPZ, press the pit release button, get under the side again, and pit it.

Alright, time for more in-depth tactics:
This time, I'll use the anti-crusher frame(minus that lawnmower blade, as I don't need it and it adds weight) not as something to block Typhoon's attacks, but as something to use as a weapon. My plan is to wait for him to fully spin up, then rush forward and hit him with the high-mounted frame. That should hit him somewhere above the teeth, but still on the spinning shell. The resulting gyroscopic forces should either flip him over or trap him in the frame. If he's flipped over, let the Refbot count him out, but if he's trapped in the frame, immediately press the pit release button and shove him into the pit. I cannot risk him damaging me, as that could be the end of my winning streak.

hmmm marks plan has some substance, however i can see some flaws, and will pick up on that. :proud:
i will drive off at activate, then spin up, dont let tornado get to the pit, theres not really a chance i can pit him cos of his frame...however, if i can break the frame, that shouldnt be a problem XD
to be honest, i doubt the gyroscopic forces will flip me over, and how would i get stuck in the frame??? even so, mabey be on the side of caution and not go o.t.t with speed
once up a respectable speed, let him come to me, im happy to sit and wait, homefully i should nock some stuff loose, or i should defo do something to the drive train. that was always tornados achiles heal XD
just keep smashin and bashin till somthing judders loose in him :) avoid the pit and other hazards :)

Firestorm V vs. Macduff the 4th
lol being the only non-realie left :P
Firestorm's a proven robot, so he'll be pretty tricky. I'll have the usual forks on for this fight. Simply put, they'll get under him no matter how he tries to come at them. He'll obviously run for the sides/rear, in which I'll keep turning to point the forks at him. If he gets under, drive off; his huge wedge is extremely flat so I should be able to easily do that, even at any angle. If I get under him, take to a house robot that can damage him. He has a high ground clearance which can help him drive away if I try and take him to the pit. If Matilda's in there, send him to her. Stay away from the pit, and prevent Firestorm from getting to the pit release button if possible. :P
Good luck whoever's controlling Firestorm. :P

One problem with your plan, Jack: You won't be able to hit me, because my frame will hit you at least 10cm above your teeth.
The reason it'll knock him over is because the force of him spinning will be tilted at an angle, and those teeth'll dig into the floor, pulling him across the arena and onto its head.

If you could support your theory with a video of this or a really detailed description of the physics involves, then I'd be somewhat inclined to believe you. :P

thats true but...
the teeth come out more than the lid, and due to the fact ud be hitting me ABOVE the teeth (the lid is gradualy receding to a point btw, it would take more time to hit the lid than hit the teeth) i should be able to hit u underneath your frame b4 u hit my lid, seeing as my teeth go under the frame :D i should be able to hit the robot and not the frame....if u get what i mean XD

Welcome to Robot Wars! It's the grand final, and four robots will be fighting to get their hands on the crown. But before that, lets see how our finalists got this far!
HEAT A
Typhoon II, the reigning champions, didn't do too well in their first battle against Terrorhurtz, narrowly scraping through after Terrorhurtz was immobolised. In the heat final, they showed no mercy against Liar II and went into the Grand Final once again!
HEAT B
X-Terminator, the number 3 seed, ripped Gravity apart in the first round, winning on a judges decision. But newcomer Macduff the 4th flipped them over in the heat final, where they were pitted by Growler. Macduff the 4th, considered to be the one to watch.
HEAT C
Number 4 seed Firestorm V blazed its way into the Grand Final by flipping Crooked Evo and Traffic Warden into submisson. They won the heat final, throwing Traffic Warden into the pit. Can Firestorm V get its hands on the title this time?
HEAT D
The final heat saw number 2 seed Tornado breeze past OID, pushing them into the pit before a tight battle with Surgeon General. The judges gave it to Tornado. This is their third time in a grand final. Can they win it again?

Wouldn't Tornado technically be immobilised if stuck over the pit with it's Anti-Crusher frame.
My reasoning behind this is that if it's not driving around it's out. Just push into the open pit and wait for it to be counted out.

I don't want people to think I'm selfish, but this competition is going by the Series 7 rules, and I don't think Tornado's frame would be allowed again
Correct if I'm wrong. I don't mean to offend. If the rules say Tornado's frame is allowed, then it can have it :)

BATTLE ONE
From Huntingdon, in Cambridgeshire, the number 2 seeds, Tornado!
A box with interchangable weapons, including a spinning disc, a scoop and a lifter. For this fight, they have added a steel cage with a spinning disc on the front. Destructive of course, but the frame can be bent.
From Edinburgh, in Scotland, the number 1 seeds and reigning champion, Typhoon II!
They did well in the heats, but how will they fare here? Those four rotating claws can cause serious damage, but it is unstable at low speeds and has no self-righting mechanism.
Roboteers, stand by!
B1: Tornado
B2: Typhoon II
House Robots: Dead Metal and Sgt Bash
3-2-1: Activate!
Tornado's plan is to use the frame to stop Typhoon II getting at them. Will it work? Typhoon II spins up to speed and approaches. Tornado charges right in! Sparks fly! Typhoon II knocked to one side! The spinning disc on the front of Tornado has stopped, though! Typhoon II back up to full speed, but Tornado, with that frame, is far too strong for them. Typhoon II gets away, and Tornado gives chase. Something came off Tornado? What was it? I think it was the belt for the spinning disc! Typhoon II spinning, but not as fast, this time. Tornado crashes into them again! Pushing them into the CPZ! The reigning champions are in real trouble! Sgt Bash comes in. Typhoon II is away, though. Tornado comes in again, and pushes them into the wall! The frame has done a good job so far. It looks bent, but I don't think that will matter. They have 4WD, and are simply mopping the arena floor with Typhoon II! Typhoon II cannot get free! They are not spinning anymore, I don't think. The reigning champions, from RAF Edinburgh, could go flying out here if they don't do something. Tornado presses the pit release button. Typhoon II is away to the top of the arena. Tornado follows and slams them into the wall, and towards Dead Metal! He gets his claws around the spinning shell! Tornado crashes in again. Typhoon II breaks free, only to be pushed by Tornado again, into an angle grinder! Typhoon II has had everything thrown at it. Tornado won't stop there though, and smashes into them again! But, Typhoon II is now pushing back! Just a bit, though, as Tornado backs away to come in again! So, aggression from Typhoon II there. If this goes to the judges, that will count for them. Typhoon II tries to get around the sides, but Tornado swings around to counter it, pushing them across the arena floor and ALMOST into the pit! The last ten seconds count down. Tornado pushes Typhoon II towards the pit, but they get away. This is one of the greatest battles so far in the series. The judges will decide the winner!
Cease!
Both robots are still mobile. It will go to the judges. They'll be looking at Style, Control, Damage and Aggression!
Typhoon II: S: 2 C: 1 D: 2 A: 2 Total: 7
Tornado: S: 2 C: 3 D: 2 A: 3 Total: 10

From Durham, in Durham, the number 4 seeds, Firestorm V!
They blazed their way into the grand final in style. That Co2 powered flipper has thrown countless robots out of play, but with 2WD, it isn't the best pusher around.
From Toronto, in Canada, Macduff the 4th!
A 6WD box with interchangable weapons. For this fight, they'll be using the lifting forks. Its well armoured and fast, but the wheels are exposed and how effective is it?

B1: Firestorm V

House Robots: Mr Psycho and Shunt
3-2-1: Activate!
Firestorm V straight off and past Macduff the 4th, who swings around to get the forks underneath. Firestorm V turns away, but Macduff the 4th gets underneath and pushes them into the wall! Firestorm V recovers and is away, but Macduff the 4th gives chase. Now Firestorm V turns the tables by swinging under Macduff the 4th, but missing its chance to flip it. Macduff the 4th charges in again, pushing Firestorm V towards the angle grinder! Firestorm V escapes once again and turns under the side to flip Macduff the 4th over! Macduff the 4th against the wall, but using its lifting forks to come back down. OH! Firestorm V got another flip in there, but Macduff the 4th upright once more. At the controls, Kody Kunz. Now Macduff the 4th gets the forks under the side of Firestorm V and lifts them up! Firestorm V in trouble as they push it into Shunt! He brings his axe down, but misses Firestorm V and hits Macduff the 4th! Macduff the 4th isn't happy and lifts Shunt up! Mr Psycho comes in, but now in comes Firestorm V! OHH! It's trying to flip Mr Psycho over! Mr Psycho turns around and brings his hammer down, just as Firestorm V backs away! Macduff the 4th barges into the side of them and back across the arena, into the pit release button! Firestorm V rebounds off the wall and away as the pit descends. One of them could go down it. Macduff the 4th gets under Firestorm V again and pushes it around. Firestorm V swings loose and turns to try and get under again, though. Macduff the 4th counters and tries to get the forks under the front of Firestorm V, but Firestorm V slides under and flips them OVER! Macduff the 4th, upside down, but that doesn't matter. They can run inverted. Firestorm V tries to flip them again, but Macduff the 4th gets under this time and lifts them up! Firestorm V falls off as they push it, though and they ALMOST flipped Macduff the 4th again! Macduff the 4th turns around and pushes Firestorm V once more towards the pit! OH! Firestorm V is on the edge! Macduff the 4th almost went in, but they lift Firestorm V up once more and PUSH them into the pit! A fantastic fight, but Macduff the 4th goes through to the grand final!
Cease!
