Ok so things are finally coming together, thanks for the info people have sent me today, keep it coming !!!
We've actually made some progress today, as we have several companies providing bits of the event setup, so pulling together all the spec and quotes for a production meeting with the big chease's at the O2 on Tuesday.
So if i get all the info as planned by sunday night, then we can move onto the next stage....
Next week I will release the show format, and be doing the draw !!

No deposit from Fws, thats all fine.
Have actually been impressed with people paying, and sending info, few late comers but have them now.
Just one Mr Danby who has yet again signed up for an event, and then not intended to come or let us know. Luckily we have someone who has now been allocated his Hotel room and place.
Ok, so I will be finalising the format, and doing the draw Friday night.
