Been busy with a file and a welder- got most the armor slapped together;

not sure if im going to paint it or just polish it yet

Just need to cut and weld in some front pieces for either side of the wedge and cut a hole for the link.

The pictures just prove that an angle grinder is a dodgy weld's best friend 8)
Not that your welds are dodgy, just that it's been a while as you say.

Looking good though, will be a tough cookie to crack. I think a polished finish would suit it nicely, but obviously your decision :)

lol, there not to bad, good penetration, just not pretty. its welded on the inside too for strength so should be fine :)

my welds arn't that bad, you seen toms? he can't weld at all - lucky he doesnt do it everyday for his job or something
