Can't help with the measurements I'm afraid, but what about making some sort of mini scissor-lift unit for your robot? That way you can jack it up to the height of the RR floor or RL floor, slide your robot on/off, wheel it through the pits, jack it up to the level of your pit table and slide your robot off (perhaps with the cradle so it keeps its wheels off the surface)
Maybe a bit elaborate, but it would save your backs a lot, and probably look quite cool 8)
i can measure it for you next time in Nottingham for you !!
Dont know it off hand.
Think team buds trolley is the right height, ask them.
The R/Robots Arena is approx 420mm off the floor ....
Thats an APPROX as it rests on me knee when building :)
..........................Pete......
I think ours is 470mm, i'll check it out if you want.
remember the door on your arena tho as i am sure its a little higher than the floor. Our trollys are just a bit higher than jonnos floor so we can slide the robots in the arena straight off the trolly. have to lift the robot back out a little tho.....all good and can be done by 1 person. best thing we built are them trollys i reccommend everyone build one.
