Should be a good event. Im going to whatch TNA wrestling at wembley (arena)in January so looking foward to it.

Many an hour spent watching WWF and robot wars. To me it died when it gave up its name to an organisation with a panda for a logo.

Whatch TNA on bravo and ROH on the fight network. Talent wise their matches are 10 times better that the WWE which... lets just say that on sky sports it is rated a PG. However the new game is very good and in my eyes really woth the money.

Heard on fox sports last week that TNA have offered Sarah Palin a $500,000 contract to work there. Sounds like a marrage made in heaven.

Its sad to see that the attitutde era Is 10 years ago. Its also sad to see how many wrestlers from the golden age (I like to call it) have passed away. See if you recognise any of these:

I do remember all of them, back from a time when I still lived with my dad. Pfff, long bygone days... And I always had to decide what to watch at Sky Channel... WWF, Australian Football or Sumo. Sadly the rest of my family didnt follow my good tastes and I was allowed only one slot.

Mind you kids, thats from those prehistoric ages when one TV-set in the house was considered a luxury.

Been giving some serious thought to moving to Australia once Ive graduated and got a decent financial cushion here - the people seem so much more cheerful and relaxed, it seems like a really nice country and besides, someone needs to show those guys how to build robots! :proud:

Not sure how many times the UK would fit into Australia but its bound to be a helluva lot - its massive!

From what ive heard it is quite hard to get in to live in Australia, the son of a guy i used to work with moved out there and only got in cos he knew Ian Thorpe and got a good reference from him.

But they are in need of engineers, but I think work experience might be needed firsth.

An ex-collegue of mine is studying at evenings besides his job to get a university degree so he is more qualified and has more chance to go to Australia. The requirements to emigrate there are pretty tough.

some of my family emegrated there you have to pay to get in if you dont earn anoth points by what job you have
