Bruiser has and annonamous eletricial problem so more work for me
Alex. If you still have probs we will be able to help you sort it. You going friday or just saturday?
I see sods law has struck at the most inoppertune time. :P
The best of luck to all competing. Hopefully by next year I will have got off my rear and made a robot so I can join in.
I am rather glad I happen to go to Geoff's on Saturday after the Southern Antweight Challenge, I've been having gyro issues again, and something happened in geoffs workshop that blew up my gyro, switcher, mixer and receiver in one short sharp bang. Thankfully he had spares of the former 3 and I had Cabrakan's receiver in my box, so Satanix is ready to do (touch wood), hopefully it all works on the day.
I'm going Saturday but the electrical problem is not a major problem, the robot just loses control randomly every so often :?
Sounds like most of ours and a damned good excuse for bad driving :proud:Quote:

Bitza is running by the way. Never had time to check the power loss issues, one wheel turns considerably faster than the other and one of our 2 battery packs is knackered but we're good to go!
See you all on Saturday.
alex try your robot's rx with a battery it may make a difference
Yeh I will (if I can remember were I left it last)
