Wee update.
You probably guessed this from Jamie's response to me posting the link to you, but those grub screws I said I was making sure fitted the drill motors for the mod work nicely, so that would be a good source of them for your drills.
okay thanks i'm planning to get the drills, the grub screws and wheels first so I can build the rest of the robot around it would that work?
Well they're all things that you will definitely be needing in the robot, so I suppose in that sense it would work yes.
Thats what i'll do then it also seems easiest
Its not super-easy but its straight forward, something that once you've done it once its no problems again.
thanks to everyone for all your help :)
I got the drills and i'm gonna modify them on tuesday
I seem to have a problem i have the CAD for the robot to scale and i realized i need wheels with a diameter bigger than 100 mm does anyone know where i could get bigger ones with nut inserts?

Should i get the ones with the roller bearing?
i'd recommend either:

Problem with those is that the hole is too large for the threaded portion of the drill which is about 9.5mm in diameter. You need something like 8.5mm to screw the wheels on without any nut.
The hole can however be smaller if you have a drill bit close to 8.5mm so you can make the hole larger.
the head of the nut is 7 mm
