Just to clarify......Anyone wanting to challenge the winner of the nottingham event can do so now for their challenge at Burgiss Hill. So there is plenty of time to make a challenge.

At Brentwood we at teambud think it only fair that we ourselves challenge for our own trophy.

Thor will Challenge for the trophy at Brentwood and destroy ripper at the same time.

Well... seeing as no one has congratulated Ripper.... I will.

What a superb way of keeping the Team Bud trophy away from Team bud..... than a fight full of jammyness !!

Started well flipping Thor all over the place, until i missed a flip and ended upside down... 6mm of polycarb not good when thors coming ... Yes a big hit and the axe burried inside the robot... not good. Unless he misses everything !!

10mm lower - bye bye batteries !!
20mm left - bye bye valves
20mm right - bye bye drive sprocket

Few flips later, and yes... Thor is back where he belongs !! IN the PIT !!!

When I saw that axe go through the base, I thought 'thats it', I thought he was going to keep hitting you there because its soft.

Thankfully not the case, and we all got treated to a fantastic flip and huge cheer when Thor landed in the pit :) Well Done to Jonno

It's ok Ripper is a pile of bits at the moment, not sure it'll be at Guildford anyway as I don't have enough time to sort it yet.

It's had a gd run lately but needs tlc before the uk champs finals.

OK guys i will be doing a few trophy fights at riat this year. Anyone who wants to challenge for the trophy please post here asap so i can get stickers ordered. Need 2 fresh robots to kick it off again as IA5 ca not attend this event.....so has to give trophy for 2 more to fight for it.
