Joey, I tried to change my display name on April 1st for an April Fools day joke thread, but I think the moderators must have disabled that option after one of the fanfic threads featured everyone changing their names to each others names and vapourbots. It provided me with laughs but it appears it cannot be done anymore
I know, I was gonna pretend to be Timothy James Sillery:crazy:But Mark is doing a good job anyway
I am?
I am?
Well...
Heres another question I thought of, not for points just for fun:
Think of a robot name. Take away four, and youll have another robots name. The robots must be from different teams.
Hypno-Disc -- Disc-O(-Inferno)
:proud:
???
Youll have to explain the logic to me. That wasnt the answer I was thinking of
Its a joke. I usually call Disc-O-Inferno, Disc-O. So...
Yeah, I got nothing. Ill shut up. :P
T(Bone)2
T2?
Nope, I dont mean four letters

Firestorm 4
Firestorm
:proud:
Must be from different teams!
Must you ruin my fun :P
Storm Force (Fours, get it :P)
Storm
Good try, but when I said four, I mean four, not fours.
Hang on, I think Ive got something.
Theres an American middleweight called Thors Hammer. If YOU take away Thor (it sounds like four), youll have the British robot Thor (because Thor is what you took).
Clever idea, but that wasnt what I meant by take away.
Clue, sil vous plait? :proud:
The solution is simpler than any of the methods people have attempted
Occams Razer, if you will.
Okay, that makes PERFECT sense....it involves some wierd guy Ive never heard of.
Simon Scott isnt weird....
**1000th POST!!!!!** :proud: :proud: :proud:

Occams Razor (not Razer Ian :). )If there is more than one method to come to a result, the simplest is usually the right one. One of the standard rules of science and research.
the simplest is usually the right one
I see no simple solution :S
Well to me the simplest solution is to take the number 4 away from a robot, but I cant find a solution.
Or the word four. However, not one single robot from Series 1 to 7 has the word four in their name.
I give up. Answer please... :S
Daniels getting warmer
And...quote:
RazorIve never heard of that bot. :S
Ill hazard a guess -
Eleven and 7 (or Seven)? :/
Almost there. There was no robot named 7 though, and Eleven is not one of the two in the answer
101 and 97? LOL, I am scraping the bottom of the barrel here. :proud:
Getting closer now
259 and 255? :S
259 and 255?
101 and 105?
Something to do with 4X4?
Daniel, youre 99% of the way there. Can you turn it into 2 robot names?
(Message edited by bad_seed on September 07, 2008)
4x4 and 2x2? :S
Edit: Crap, didnt see the edit. :P
(Message edited by kodster on September 07, 2008)
I meant that Daniel was 99% of the way, 4x4 is not involved in the answer
I edited my message. :P
