Eye Of The Robot-Series 4
Right, I havent recieved Samuels tactics, but Ive heard somewhere on here that hes going for GoldDigger as well as Kody, so then...
+2>LET THE EYE OF THE ROBOT-SERIES 4 BEGIN!!!!
Heat 1
ROUND ONE:
Kali (1) vs. Bulldog Breed vs. Gabriel V1.2
Terrorhurtz (17) vs. GoldDigger vs. Seung Mina III
+1>From Geddington, seeded #1, KALI!!
-1>Entered by Alex Holt
Welcome the Hindu god of destruction and last series€™ god of winning! Kali is inspired in its design by Storm 2, and its obvious in its 6 Vulkanised wheels powered by the classic 2 x LEM130€™s at 36V, allowing nothing but pure power and traction. However, this robot has a BioHazard style lifting arm, powered by high-pressure CO2! The flipper is capable of flipping a great deal, and has an ultra low extension plate to get under almost any form of skirting. To add to the strong package, it€™s made stronger by the ABC armour, 5mm on the sides and rear, enforced to 1cm at the front, with 15mm Polycarbonate on top, which is good, but an axe could damage the top armour quite badly!
In E.O.T.R 1: Didn€™t enter.
In E.O.T.R 2: Made a mark in Round One of the heat against 5th seed Terrorhurtz and newcomer BOTCG, who was flipped around the arena by Kali and hammered by Terrorhurtz. Eventually, BOTCG went OOTA, as did its Round Two obstacle 21st seed Clawdius Decimus Murderous, and he went out quite quickly! Terrorhurtz causes major damage to the top armour in the Heat Final, but Kali got around the rear, and pushed and flipped, sending Terrorhurtz OOTA as well, and sending himself into the semis! ForcePower Turbo was a hassle in the first Round of the semis, but also went the same way as all those before. But in Round Five, 10th seed Leprosy Infection escaped the OOTA, and jammed up Kali€™s armour against its wheels, leaving the god of destruction€¦destroyed.
In E.O.T.R 3: (SEEDED 8) Started off in similar fashion to the last series, when drawn against the deadly Infusion Helix and MegaByte. Kali took a bit of damage, but quickly flipped out MegaByte, despite losing a panel. It was quickly fixed, and quickly finished off Back To Rock 3 via OOTA as well. In the Heat Final, it took on 24th seed Metal Sonic Spin Dash, who didn€™t pose a problem, but Kali couldn€™t finish him off! Nevertheless, a completely unanimous Judges Decision put Kali into the semis once more! A good newcomer, Fick Me 4-3, was flipped over once, twice and thrice, and even more times before it was sent down the pit! In the Quarters against twice runner-up and 2nd seed Storm 2, we saw Kali on the ropes for the first time in the series, mostly at the beginning when it nearly got pitted, but Alex literally pushed to claim a Judges Decision, but only just. In the final 4, Eternia, the robot responsible for finishing off the favourites for contest, was quickly disposed of by Kali via OOTAing - Kali was in the final! In that final, we thought we were in for a shock when Wedginator 6.0 thrust him all over the arena, but in the closing seconds of the battle and series, Kali pushed him to the edge and just flipped him out the ring just in time to claim the Hardox Cup!
+1>From Cannock, Staffordshire, Bulldog Breed!!
-1>Entered by Tony Somerfield
Let the dog start to bark! A classic wedge shape real robot from RW, armed with a flipper with enough power to turn you over - at least - or even flip you out the arena! It has 2 wheel drive, powered by 2 x Bosch 750w 24V motors. The armour is Hardox and Titanium, so its tough, but not fast at 10mph!
In E.O.T.R 1: Had several lucky breaks in the heat, first in Round One, after avoiding a pitting Big Nipper to come back and flip Son Of Wedgie down the pit instead. Dantomkia came at it in Round Two, nearly getting it OOTA, but once again, Bulldog managed to turn it around and pit it. Big Nipper met it once again in the Heat Final, and bossed it as well, but once again, Bulldog Breed pitted it. But in the final 12, it met Y4, and couldn€™t turn it around, as it was flipped OOTA.
In E.O.T.R 2: Didn€™t enter.
In E.O.T.R 3: Didn€™t enter.
+1>From Pontefract, Gabriel V1.2!!
-1>Entered by Joey McConnel
Named after the €˜Angel Of Peace€™ in the bible, this robot is the €˜Angel Of Death€™! Gabriel is an elongated Triangular pyramid with a steep rear and shallow front end. Motors for this are 2 x S28-400 MagMotors which provide perfect power and speed combined - 14mph and 12hp! The weaponry is A high pressure pneumatic front hinged flipper, consisting of the front edge of the body, running from 2 2.5kg CO2 tanks and a hydraulic ram giving 35 flips in a match and capable of flipping 100kgs and lifting several times more than that. Also has hardened steel spikes located on either side of the front point, and it can spin in place to try and do damage with these. The armour is 7mm Titanium on the sides and has 7mm Hardox in places, so it€™s tough there, but the base plate is 3mm Aluminium, and could take a bit of damage if flipped!

3€¦2€¦1€¦activate!!!
Straight away from the word €˜activate€™, Bulldog Breed tries his chances with the newcomer, but is intercepted by the reigning champion! Kali€™s extension wedge immediately gets underneath the Bulldog, and a moment later and we see Bulldog Breed flying in a 360 style flip. Tony thinks he€™s OK, but Gabriel now comes in and thrusts under the dog before driving it across the arena into the pit release switch! Tony flips the realie loose from the grip of Joey, only to be caught by the grip of Kali! Kali now flips again, and Bulldog lands upside-down! Gabriel rams in as the robot tries to self-right, and knocks Bulldog Breed back onto its back! Kali is waiting, calmly, waiting its time€¦and NOW IT DRIVES OUT AND PUSHES BULLDOG BREED INTO THE SPIKES! The tyres of the real robot suddenly start to hiss€¦and Tony realises that the tyres are deflating! He flips himself upright and drives for Kali, hoping to finish the battle quickly now, and now understands why Kali is the champion, as it pushes the Bulldog against the flipper of Gabriel, and flicks the dog onto it, before Joey flips Bulldog Breed back onto Kali! Alex then wastes no time in speeding the inverted and helpless dog towards the edge of the ring and a burst of compressed air from the champ€™s flipper sends the dog flying into the air and over the arena walls! Kali backs into the arena centre and spins in delight, but suddenly, Gabriel rushes in, and slams Kali against the wall! A flip leaves Kali beached, but Alex frees himself. Then Gabriel and Kali spin in delight, as Alex wonders if he€™ll get revenge later€¦
Result:
Bulldog Breed is put to sleep!
KALI (8) AND GABRIEL V1.2 GO THROUGH TO ROUND TWO!!!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------
+1>From Oxford, Oxfordshire, seeded #17, Terrorhurtz!!
-1>Entered by John Reid/Samuel Park
Welcome back to the king of Robot Wars axes! It€™s shaped like a tetrahedron, and is heavily armoured, with a 6mm Stainless Steel front scoop and 12mm Polycarbonate armour for the rest of the body, as well as that weapon - the dreadful axe that is generating 900kg of force per hit! Its front is very low to the ground, using a pneumatic foot at the rear to push the front down. It is very strong and hard to beat, but Terrorhurtz has a high rear ground clearance, open for many a flipper!
In E.O.T.R 1: Started off by hacking off the scoop of The Axe Attaxe, but then assisting the wounded robot to pit Axe-O-Lotl. Hell Machine was pressured into the bot shredders and then had the underside hammered in Round Two, and Terrorhurtz won through. The Axe Attaxe was once again damage in the Heat Final by Terrorhurtz, who then pitted it. In the final 12, it was drawn against the lethal Whirligig 4.0, but caused a massive shock when it impaled Whirligig on the wall and hammered the shuffling pads to hell. But in the final 6 melees, it helped Storm 2 take out Y4, but was rammed out the arena by Storm, however, it outlasted Crusher C.U in the play-off, only to be flipped down the pit by Y4, but did well enough to come 5th.
In E.O.T.R 2: (SEEDED 5) Started off in Round One by teaming-up with Kali upon BOTCG. Despite being flipped by Kali, it managed to damage BOTCG enough to allow Kali to flip it out! In Round Two, it took on Lunch Box, who was sent packing (pun intended) after Terrorhurtz knocked it onto its back, and then let it flip itself out! But in the Heat Final, it met Kali again, and despite causing major damage, Kali got around the rear, and then tossed the seed OOTA!
In E.O.T.R 3: (SEEDED 18) Began in the final Round One battle by hacking Chaos 2 to death with the help of a Disc-Clad Cyclone Force 2.5. And in Round Two, another KO, this time on Mantis, who was overcome by the evil axe! But it met 2nd seed Storm 2 in the Heat Final, and rammer was too strong to be killed and Terrorhurtz, despite getting in multiple axe blows, was rammed OOTA again.
+1>From Longbeach, California, GoldDigger!!
-1>Entered by Randy Eubanks
This GoldDigger ain€™t after your money, just your soul! A simple construct - a simple 2 wheeled hexagon shape, with a top speed of 8mph, but a massive spinning speed, allowing for its heavy pointed pick-axe to hit something hard! They say its body is tough to damage, but the wheels aren€™t so tough!
In E.O.T.R 1: Didn€™t enter.
In E.O.T.R 2: Didn€™t enter.
In E.O.T.R 3: Didn€™t enter.
+1>From Toronto, Canada, Seung Mina III!!
-1>Entered by Kody Kunz
Whatever it means it must be dangerous - just like this robot! It€™s a wedge robot with sloped sides and rear to make them spinner-proof, and it can get up to 17mph, giving massive speed. It has shock-proofing inside to stop spinners shock-killing it. The flipper is made of 8mm Titanium and the body is made of 3.25 Hardox. The electrics are protected from attackers by a piece of Hardox that is over the gaps when the flipper opens. Overall, a tough design, but if something gets under it, it€™ll be easily flipped.
In E.O.T.R 1: Didn€™t enter.
In E.O.T.R 2: Didn€™t enter.
In E.O.T.R 3: Got going in Round One against Disc-O-Inferno and 17th seed Ramthrax 2. It ganged-up upon Disc-O-Inferno with Ramthrax and soon flipped Disc-O-Inferno OOTA! But in Round Two, it met the then Champion, Whirligig 4.0, and it lost its flipper early on, as well as 2 other panels. It got its flipper back, but couldn€™t pull off a shock, and the Judges chose Whirligig to advance.

GoldDigger starts to spin up, as Seung Mina powers into its fury! The pick-axe impacts on the Hardox bodywork, and does no damage to the armourment, and so Kody powers under the robots ground clearance and flicks it up into the air! Terrorhurtz now enters the fray and comes into GoldDigger has it lands with a bang, AND THE AXE STARTS TO HIT UPON THE TOP PROTECTION! The axe is doing quite a bit of denting onto the top protection, but suddenly, GoldDigger starts to spin, but Samuel and John back away from the flailing piece of metal, and Seung Mina now comes in again to send GoldDigger flying into the air! GoldDigger lands and tries to go for the pit, but Terrorhurtz intercepts it, and aim the axe for the armour, but it misses, but it HITS THE PICK-AXE ON THE AMERICAN! The axe-head of Terrorhurtz performs a good, clean slice on the axe-rod, and the pick-axe head flies off! Seung Mina comes in to flip GoldDigger again, but it misses and flicks up Terrorhurtz! Terrorhurtz lands upside-down, and GoldDigger tries to perform an attack, but the speed of the British robots self-righting is too great, and now Terrorhurtz charges in AND STRIKES A BLOW ON GOLDDIGGER€™S TYRES! GoldDigger suddenly remains still, and the countdown begins!
10€¦9€¦8€¦7€¦6 €¦5€¦4€¦3€¦2â ‚¬Â¦1€¦cease!!!
Seung Mina now drives in again, and now pushes the immobile GoldDigger towards the edge of the ring, and a flick places the immobile American on the scrapheap!
Result:
GoldDigger just ends up digging a hole into nothing!
TERRORHURTZ (17) AND SEUNG MINA III GO THROUGH TO ROUND TWO!!!

Eye Of The Robot-Series 4
Extremely good fights, Paul...and I cant say Im not pleased to start the series off so well :P
Kali (1) vs. Seung Mina III
Kali to win here, I guess.
Terrorhurtz (17) vs. GABRIEL
I think my armour might be able to take the axe blows, but I cant really do that much to Terrorhurtz - its annoyingly difficult to kill. My best bet would be to try and get underneath the rear, and try and shove it down the pit. Failing that, either go for the OOTA or spin madly and hope something comes off, and avoid the hazards.
-
Eye Of The Robot-Series 4
Good fights, Paul. :)
Kali (1) vs. Seung Mina III
Mm-hmm. I thought so. Well, to be quite honest, Im NOT afraid Ill lose here. In fact Im quite confident. We both have nearly the same amount of power and traction, so I doubt either of us will be able to push around the other that much. Also, Kali may be faster, but that means Seung Mina will have more manoeuvrability. Also, keep in mind that Kalis 0.4mm ground clearance will make it hard to achieve its top speed of 25mph. Add to that that Seung Mina has a more powerful flipping device. Its time to break Seung Minas bad luck streak of going out in the second round.
Basically, Seung Mina will use her superior manoeuvrability to get to Kalis sides or rear, slide all the way under Kali from there with the flipper spikes, DONT flip yet but carry it to the wall, and toss it out. With a better flipper than the previous generation, Mina should easily be able to. If Mina somehow gets Kali from the front, the top claw will stop it from driving over it (not like thatll happen anyway ). If the pit is open, wedge Kali and dump it in.
If Kali gets to Minas sides, REVERSE. This will place Kali in front of Mina and set Kali up perfectly for a side attack. If Mina gets flipped at all, self-right immediately.
Summary: Use better manoeuvrability to get to Kalis sides, wedge it, go for OOTA or pitting, REVERSE when Kali is at Minas sides, self-righted when inverted.
Terrorhurtz (17) vs. Gabriel V1.2
The base plate of Gabriel is weak...but THz cant flip it. THz out.

ROUND TWO:

KALI vs. SEUNG MINA III
Booth #1: Alex H
Booth #2: Kody K

Immediately, both Alex and Kody adopt the same tactic, AND SPEED FORWARDS TOWARDS EACH OTHER! As they smash into each other, we can see quite easily that Kali is lower at the front, and the flipper of the Champ sends the sloped robot tumbling onto its back, but instantly Kody self-rights his robot, but it lands on the flipper of Kali! The Canadian tumbles again, and now flips itself away, and reverses away before Kali can come in again. Kali is now driving forward, and bashes into the sides of Seung Mina, but Kody reverses, and now HE is side-on to the Champion, and now the wedge bashes under, and flips the box-wedge over in a 360 style of flip, and Kali drives forward again, and slams back Seung Mina into the spikes, with the use of its extra traction. Seung Mina wiggled and squirmed as it struggled to break free from the grip of Kali, but finally pushed itself out, and now pushed underneath the front of Kali, AND SUDDENLY BEGAN PUSHING KALI TOWARDS THE WALL! Alex tried to reverse away from the flipper, but Seung Mina reached the wall, and FLIPPED! But only flipped Kali onto the wall, and then Alex flicks himself away from the wall before Seung Mina could come in again. Kali speeds off and bashes once again underneath Seung Mina and drives it back against the arena wall, and flips it up, and upside-down! Kali then speeds in and knocks Seung Mina around to face its rear against the wall, and Kody fires the flipper AND SEUNG MINA LAUNCHES ITSELF OVER THE WALL AND OUT THE RING! Alex reverses the champion back into the centre of the ring, and Kody hides his head in his hands.
Result:
Seung Mina III must go into the next generation!

The faster Terrorhurtz moves away towards Gabriel, but the newcomer is more powerful, and the wedge shape bashes underneath the tetrahedron and flicks the seed onto its back! The powerful axe powers Terrorhurtz back onto its tyres, and now Sam and John drive backwards, but so does Gabriel, so Terrorhurtz drives forwards and BRINGS THE AXE HAMMERING DOWN! Gabriel€™s Titanium armour suffers a couple of dints, and now Terrorhurtz forces it back against the arena wall, and bring the axe down onto the flipper, but that takes no damage at all. Joey struggles a bit, but John and Sam back off and Gabriel SMASHES INTO THE FRONT OF TERRORHURTZ! Gabriel now pushes Terrorhurtz towards the arena wall, and FLIPS! As a result of this, Terrorhurtz lands on the wall, with its self-righting line pointing to a direct OOTA! Terrorhurtz doesn€™t seem to be firing the axe, BUT NOW IT DOES! Terrorhurtz flies into the air, and LANDS INSIDE OF THE RING! Gabriel charges in again, but misses in the attack and crashes into the wall! Terrorhurtz now spins side-on to the Angel, and bring the axe down, but onto the Hardox, so no damage is sustained! Joey now, expertly spins away, and rams behind Terrorhurtz€¦
10€¦9€¦
Joey drives forward, and smashes Terrorhurtz against the wall!
€¦8€¦7€¦
Terrorhurtz now gives chase, but the front lifts up, and Sam and John realise - the pneumatic foot is broken!
€¦6€¦5€¦
Gabriel charges in against, but Terrorhurtz bashes it against the wall again, and rains down with the blows!
€¦4€¦3€¦
Gabriel sustains a couple of dents to the armour, but that€™s it!
€¦2€¦1€¦CEASE!
Hooray! A brilliant fight, which ends in amazing fashion! The crowds cheer out the name of Terrorhurtz, believing the newcomer to be beat, but its down to the judges:
JD - The scores:
Dominance: The battle was fairly hectic, with moments of each robot dominating, but Gabriel gains more points for the more frequent attacks
Terrorhurtz (17): 4 x 6 = 24
Gabriel V1.2: 7 x 6 = 42
Damage: The dents done to Gabriel are costly, but so is the loss of the pneumatic foot. Terrorhurtz wins on this decision.
Terrorhurtz (17): 8 x 5 = 40
Gabriel V1.2: 6 x 5 = 30
Aggression: Gabriel flips were excellent, but the more violent Terrorhurtz claims points for this
Terrorhurtz (17): 8 x 4 = 32
Gabriel V1.2: 6 x 4 = 24
Strategy: The more strategy was with Gabriel, and they more or less carried it out.
Terrorhurtz (17): 4 x 3 = 12
Gabriel V1.2: 10 x 3 = 30
Control: Terrorhurtz wins this for saving itself from a very difficult position, but Gabriel scores points for the precision of the attacks.
Terrorhurtz (17): 9 x 2 = 18
Gabriel V1.2: 8 x 2 = 16
Style: Gabriel is more wholly stylish than Terrorhurtz, and it wins this category.
Terrorhurtz (17): 4 x 1 = 4
Gabriel V1.2: 8 x 1 = 8
Totals:
Terrorhurtz (17): 130
Gabriel V1.2: 150
The audience may be booing this, but the JD goes to GABRIEL V1.2!
Result:
Terrorhurtz (17) feels the hurtz

Uh...Hedgetrimmer Hour with Pamela Anderson?
Kali (1) vs. GABRIEL
Right. I may have a chance here, but I doubt Alex will be as open to attacks as he was in the melee. :proud:
Im guessing rather wildly here, but with 25mph and six wheel drive, Kali may not be as maneuvrable or controllable as me. Therein lies my hope: if I can get around and wedge underneath the back of it, I can try and hit it into the pit release and get it down the pit. If that fails though, avoid the walls, pit and hazards, keep my front pointed towards Kali, and use the spikes if and when I get the opportunity. Im not confident though, Kalis the reigning champion and very tough.
Very good fights Paul, extreme wootiness :)

Instantly, it€™s apparent about the obvious speed of Kali as he thunders across the arena into Gabriel! Joey plunges down on the reverse button, and Kali just gets under it, but misses its chance! Joey now seems to be underneath Kali, and pushes forward before activating the flipper button and turning the Champion onto its back! Alex speeds off, too far away for Gabriel to come in again, and performs A 180 FLIP! Kali lands back on its wheels, and now Gabriel drives in, but Alex spins around and gets the wedge underneath the sides of Gabriel, and a burst of CO2 sends Gabriel over now! Joey activates his self-righter, and now Kali drives in again to turn it over once more, this time in a 360 flip. Gabriel, seemingly pressurised, now goes into a spin, and as Kali comes in, and KALI IS SPUN AWAY FROM GABRIEL! Joey now charges under the rear of Kali and charges it headlong into the spikes! The flipper fires and the Polycarbonate top armour of Kali gets filled up with holes from the spikes! The Champion falls back down onto its wheels and charges into the front of Gabriel, and the wedge breaks the front lip of Gabriel€™s wedge, and now the Champion speeds Gabriel towards the arena wall! The power of the flip was obvious as Gabriel went spiralling over. Landing upside-down, Gabriel once again is quick to self-right, but Kali is underneath it as it lands, and now Alex fires another flip, and Gabriel lands on the other side of the wall, a victim to the Champs flipper!

Gabriel V.12 is the first angel to go to hell!

Hoof:
Also known as a replacement for the 3 year old QJS.
Shape:
It€™s a simple wedge design, with curved sides and curved rear end. The front wedge has a titanium strip at the front, which is designed to get underneath other machines.
Mass - 100KG at start of match, ~ 98 KG at end of match.
Weapon - It still has a basic flipper set-up, similar to the flipper set-up in Dantomkia.
Speed - 15 mph, geared towards instant acceleration
Power - 2, S28-400 Magmotors @ 24 volts
Wheels - 2 grippy wheels at the rear of the machine, with some bearings in the underside of the front wedge, on a little lifter to raise and lower the front wedge.
Armour - 10mm Carbon Fibre base plate, where the rest of the armour is 3mm Hardox with 5mm of carbon fibre on top of that. Little pieces of lead buried in the front wedge pushes the front down.
Self-righter - The flipper
Turning Circle - A few millimetres maybe.
Ground clearance - Front wedge is 0mm, sides and rear are 10mm. Apart from the front half of the sides, which are protected with skirts, allowing some protection but not to hurt handling.
Summary - Old school flipping wedge, with a well weighted chassis giving some brilliant handling

The executing machine of E.O.T.R 1 returns! The first ever champion of our series is a tough robot to rival, using its seriously thick 3.25mm Hardox armour for the front, back and sides, and its bomb-proof Polycarbonate top armour at 15mm thickness. The motors inside this beast are 2 x LEM130€™s, powering 4 Wheels, giving traction and power difficult to be rivalled. The weaponry is a Hardox axe with a spiked point, with the ability to pierce Titanium - the weapon runs on CO2 at 160psi, giving off 900kg of force per hit! Flipping it is tricky, as skirts on all the sides prevent nearly anything getting under. At the front is an extension plate, making it even tougher, but all this skirting makes turning a bit of a problem.
In E.O.T.R 1: Showed everyone who was boss in Round One, when it hacked up Obliteration, immobilising the shell and allowing Flippa Frenzay Mk.7 to toss it out. Drilla Killa 7 suffered pain as well having been battered and pitted, but both robots were pitted at the end! The judges let Killotine through to face Tornado in the Heat Final, where it nearly got pitted again, but it saved itself and Tornado went down instead. In the final 12, things seemed to be simpler, but not clean going, as it took a bit of time to pit Agro 3.5, after getting the axe into the wheels. In the top 6 melees, it was easy, as Crusher C.U and Black Panther Queen got caught together, easy to be pitted by Killotine. In the final, Killotine: EVO looked outclassed against Storm 2, as Storm pushed it around the arena, and nearly down the pit, but after Killotine chopped off a drive chain, it made Storm easy to pit and made Killotine: EVO our first champion!
In E.O.T.R 2: (SEEDED 1) Battered up TIRTASM in Round One with help from Ramthrax 2, before finally pitting TIRTASM, and then it turned Dallas into a pepper pot before sending down the hole. Then in the Heat Final, it met Ramthrax 2 once more and a lucky blow cut out the control box, leaving Ramthrax dead. 28th seed Shovearound 2 posed a bit of a problem, but not enough to be hammered and pitted, but its winning run was to come to a shocking close as it fought 22nd seed Achilles, and a piece of poor control placed Killotine on the Achilles flipper, and Killotine disappeared over the side.
In E.O.T.R 3: (SEEDED 7) Looked on fine form in his heat, as he once again hacked into Obliteration and also into D-J, but killed Obliteration first, before then meeting the robot known as Quocunque Jeceris Stabit, where it pierced its gas bottle, immobilising the flipper before chopping through the armour to kill the motors off, and there-after came the winning of the heat, via the pitting of D-J after immobilising the discs. In Round Four, Steven met 13th seed Psyclonised, and the ex-champ was scared, as Psyclonised tore out the axe and proceeded to bash it up. Killotine, however, survived the loss of the weapon and was controlled and aggressive enough to win the JD. Just like last series, Killotine met the 17th seed Ramthrax 2, this time in Round Five. That battle was very even, with moments of Killotine giving Ramthrax punctures in the armour and moments of Ramthrax smashing Killotine around, but eventually, Killotine damaged the control box and was through to the final, where it was tossed into the pit by outsider and eventual runner-up, Wedginator 6.0, but in the play-off, it knocked out Eternia€™s gas bottle and dominated it for the whole fight to take the Aluminium cup.
+1>From Bedford, Death Threat 0.2!!

The threat of death is nothing we can escape from, just like this robot! Death Threat is a classic box shaped rammer, using tracks instead of wheels, and tracks increase the grip on the ground, giving it great traction on the floor, so it can use its mighty Titanium claws that can crush with a force of 6.25 tons! The tracks can get it to speeds of 13mph, an unlucky for the opponent, as it can accelerate instantly! It is almost impossible to damage with 5mm Hardox armour, but tracks mean poor turning and overhead attacks are dangerous!

A magical performance is guarantied from this box-shaped realie! Merlin uses a mixture of Titanium (3.2mm) and Hardox (4mm) for armour, putting the Ti on top and Hardox on sides, rear and front, and the sides and rear are pointed to make the robot stronger. For weapons, it has a full-pressure CO2 flipper, that can lift 3000kg on top of the ram, and at the front it can lift 900kg. It only has two wheels and 2hp for power, but the torque gives it great amounts of power and the go-kart tyres give traction galore! It has speeds of 15mph, giving a good mix of speed and acceleration. But the invertibility leaves the wheels open for attack, and the high ground-clearance at the rear and sides makes it flipper intolerant!

In E.O.T.R 2: In Round One, despite being flipped all over the shop by 11th seed Wedge Devolution, it eventually helped the wedge to dispose of Rouge, but got lucky in Round Two against the almight Manic Monsoon. But in the Heat Final Wedge Devolution showed no mercy, but Merlin did trap it upside-down against the arena wall, but Wedge escaped and was able to stack Merlin and toss it OOTA!

Death Threat moves slowly towards Merlin, and Merlin moves quickly towards Death Threat. Steven seems to be waiting, but now he speeds Killotine out of the starting position and crashes through the collision of Death Threat and Merlin! He spins around and pushes into Merlin into the walls before bringing the axe into play and puncturing the top armour of Merlin! Death Threat now comes in, and tries to snatch Merlin away from the clutches of an ex-champion! Steven and Alan aren€™t prepared for it, and the claws wrap around Merlin, but the pointed sides mean Merlin escapes up the grip! Alan now twists around his creation and pushes forward against the crushing claws, and now Killotine comes in from behind and gives Merlin a few more holes in the top armour, and now Merlin flips over Death Threat! Killotine goes for the turned over Death Threat and the axe instantly SLICES DOWN AND HITS THE TRACKS! A track snaps in half width ways, and now Merlin pushes into Death Threat and flicks it over again, but now Merlin rushes in and GETS UNDERNEATH KILLOTINE! Another flick from the flipper and Killotine ends up on its back, but he gets back and working again€¦which is more than can be said for Death Threat!
10€¦9€¦8€¦7€¦6 €¦5€¦4€¦3€¦2â ‚¬Â¦1€¦cease!!!
Merlin now gets slammed against the pit release button by Killotine who brings the axe down again, but misses! Merlin now escapes and rams into Death Threat, pushing it along and flipping it against the wall! Danny now looks on in sadness as Death Threat is projected over the side! But as Merlin flips, Killotine now slams the axe into the flipping arm! Killotine now drives Merlin towards the pit and down it, but as Merlin goes down, the axe retracts, and both Merlin and Killotine go down the pit together! Alan and Steven cry tears of laughter, while Danny cries tears of sadness.

Death Threat 0.2 moves into the land of the dead!

+1>From Wostercher, seeded #19, Atomic!!
-1>Entered by Stephen Bebb/Dave Sheppard
Prepare for the ultimate in explosions! Atomic is a special robot, using a high-powered flipper to flip other robots over and its 12mph speeds to ram them and get under! The armour is Titanium and is thick-ish at 7mm and is overall quite a nice design of robot, but the flipper isn€™t very reliable and the armour might be torn by the army of super spinners out there!

In E.O.T.R 3: United with 5th seed Black Panther Queen to help give PMPY a right good flipping with Alex€™s seed making the OOTA, but in Round Two, it caused outrage as it took on one of the competition favourites, 21st seed SOR Hex, and despite being bashed by the bar, it rammed underneath SOR and flipped it down the pit! It gave Black Panther Queen a run for its money in the Heat Final, but then the contest was over when Black Panther Queen flicked the brave realie into the pit!

Here€™s the Welsh pork to shove away our British Beef! This robot is an Elongated triangular pyramid with a steep rear and a very shallow front, to make room for an hydraulic crushing arm (constructed of hardened steel and aluminium alloy) at front driven from a LEM130 pump at 3000psi, giving 9 tonnes of force at the ram and 4.5 tonnes of force at the tip. Also has Haardvark-style lifting forks at the very front run from an S28-150 Magmotor and a lead screw capable of lifting 200kgs. The robot can self-right easily, and is well protected with Hardox armour, but what is it going to do if flipped. Obviously self-right, but will it self-right quickly?

Here is a robot called €˜Black Death€™, and is hoping to creep through like a rat! This robot is a 19mph box wedge driven by 2 x 24V LEM130€™s. These give off a force of 6hp of push, and it also has 2 wheels with 2 x Aluminium Hub Wheels with a thin layer of urethane rubber on them. The weaponry is a flipper powered by 2 X CO2 Fire Extinguisher Tanks and a 10kg Spinning Flywheel on the back powered by a single LEM-170, spinning at about 6000RPM! Very well, but it can run out of CO2.

Black Death storms off like a Black Panther and smashes full on Nidhogg! Atomic seems to be speeding into the rear of Nidhogg, and gets the flipper underneath as he and Black Death flip in unison! Nidhogg goes flying into the air and smashes onto the ground, but now turns and pushes under Atomic! Nidhogg brings the claw into action and crushes up the side of Atomic, but now Death Wish comes in and uses the disc to hit Nidhogg! The disc does little more than scratch the surface, but this allows Atomic to escape the clutches of the Welsh robot. Now we see Atomic moving towards the pit release button and a SMASH and the pit starts to descend! Nidhogg is now getting underneath Death Wish and lifting it up into the air, and turns Death Wish over and onto its back, but Samuel immediately self-rights! Atomic now moves in and turns Nidhogg over, and now Death Wish pushes it TOWARDS THE ARENA WALL! And there is soon no Nidhogg in the ring, and the team-upers celebrate with a victory spin!

Nidhogg is turned into bacon and eaten in my sandwiches!

BLACK DEATH LAUNCHES ITSELF AWAY FROM THE STARTING ZONE! He comes barrelling towards Killotine, but Steven performs a cunning dodge and Black Death crashes into the wall BEHIND Killotine! Steven pushes underneath the sides of the newcomer using the extension, and BRING THE AXE DOWN! One time€¦two times€¦THREE TIMES A DINT! And now holes are appearing in the skin of Black Death, and Samuel doesn€™t know what to do! He forces his robot to the left, trying to get the flipper underneath Killotine, but the wedge on the ex-champ is WAY TOO LOW! Steven backs away, and Black Death CHARGES IN ONCE MORE! Killotine dodges again as Black Death flips, and now Black Death ends up upside-down! Samuel waits for the flipper to close and it does and he quickly flips himself right! But Killotine now slams the axe into the workings of Black Death! With the axe lodged in the workings, Killotine pushes the impaled newcomer into the Hardox spikes - hard! And this is a nightmare for Samuel, but he€™s soon free, as Killotine€™s axe loosens, and turns around to use the disc! Black Death reverses onto Killotine€™s front wedge, but the solidness of the does nothing, and another rain of axe blows comes into play! The last of the many blows lands in the disc, and when retracted, the axe has a chain hanging from it! Samuel now knows what€™s happened - Killotine has broken the chain of his disc! Black Death is now toothless, and Killotine pushes it once more!

Into the wall! Another blow from the axe!
€¦8€¦7€¦
Steven now shifts his robot slightly, and the axe comes blasting down€¦ONTO THE ARMOUR ABOVE THE LEFT TYRE OF BLACK DEATH! The armour is dented downwards, and now it can€™t move on the left side!
€¦6€¦5€¦
Killotine now backs off the half-immobile Black Death, and watches him in the middle of the ring - suffering!
€¦4€¦3€¦
Samuel€™s robot, however, just seems to be moving!
€¦2€¦1€¦CEASE!!
The end of the fight! Killotine may be executing another robot, but Black Death is still moving, so we go to the judges. Looks obvious, but did the judges spot something we didn€™t?
JD - The scores:
Dominance: All of Killotine€™s attacks were successful, and it kept the attacks of its nemesis at bay, so Killotine gets full marks for this!
Killotine: EVO (3): 10 x 6 = 60
Black Death: 0 x 6 = 0
Damage: With a tyre immobilised, pierced armour and disabled weapons, Black Death was completely broken apart, whereas Killotine didn€™t suffer a scratch!
Killotine: EVO (3): 10 x 5 = 50
Black Death: 0 x 5 = 0
Aggression: Black Death wasn€™t given the chance to be aggressive, and its mad attacks were just bad aggression, so Killotine wins this category outright.
Killotine: EVO (3): 10 x 4 = 40
Black Death: 0 x 4 = 0
Strategy: Killotine succeeded in its plan to disable the weaponry of Black Death, but Black Death had no possible moment of getting its plan into play.
Killotine: EVO (3): 10 x 3 = 30
Black Death: 0 x 3 = 00
Control: Killotine remained calm and in control all the way through, but Black Death€™s mad attacks got it into constant trouble.
Killotine: EVO (3): 10 x 2 = 20
Black Death: 0 x 2 = 0
Style: The weaponry of Killotine is much more impressive than just a disc and flipper, so Killotine wins this outright.
Killotine: EVO (3): 10 x 1 = 10
Black Death: 0 x 1 = 0
Totals:
Killotine: EVO (3): 210
Black Death: 0
And it€™s a whitewash! The win in this fight goes to KILLOTINE: EVO!
Result:
Black Death is buried in its own grave - its coloured black!

The two real flippers drive into the centre of the arena and collide together with a SMASH! Both robots hit each, and they both flip - but neither robot goes over! The flipper of Atomic retracts first, and he bashes into Merlin! The flipper gets under Merlin and soon the box-wedge is upside-down! Alan is speeding off, and a dose of compressed air puts Merlin back on its wheels! Stephen now clashes together with Merlin again, but this time, it seems that the more powerful Merlin has the edge, and the flipper gets underneath, and now Atomic is put onto its back! Atomic quickly self-rights in a stylish 180 flip -ONTO MERLIN! Alan now pushes Merlin forward and Atomic back towards the arena wall, and flips! Atomic is flipped against the wall, and self-rights away, but Merlin blocks it again, but flips Atomic OVER Merlin! Stephen now bashes under Merlin€™s sides and Dave activates the flipper to overturn Merlin again. Alan now flips himself back, but Atomic storms under it and flips it against the wall! But now, Merlin€™s sloped sides have it stuck on the wall, unable to slide down! Merlin flips once€¦twice€¦thrice€¦FO UR TIMES AND HE€™S OFF! Atomic now gets under while the flipper is raised, and a flick€¦YES! Merlin is finally out the ring!

Steven now reverses as Atomic plows in once more, and bashes the front, but Steven reverses once more away from the flipper, and Dave and Stephen activate their weapon too early! Killotine now brings the down, AND DRIVES THE AXE RIGHT THROUGH THE FRONT FLIPPER PLATE! The podium holder is now ploughing onwards to glory as it hits Atomic into the spikes with a BASH! Killotine is now reversing and CHARGING FORWARD AGAIN! Killotine is now pummelling Atomic to doom! The axe now loosens, and Atomic now goes for the sides, but cannot breach them! And now Steven spins and fires the axe into the armour now, as the causes a few dents, and then pierces the bodywork! Atomic flips, AND TOSSES KILLOTINE BACK! The Stephen and Dave combination uses the flipper now, but Killotine self-rights once again! Atomic charges on, but drives over the flipping spikes! Atomic bundles over, and it now fires its own self-righter, but Steven blocks it, and brings the bludgeoner down onto the base-panel! I propose a team-up with Steve-O to destroy Paralyzation. The drum shouldnt damage me that much, but avoid it anyway. Get to the sides of Paralyzation, smack the exposed wheels, and push it around with my superior power. Feed it to Turbo Tails rear bar and see if it can rip off some of Paralyzations panels.
