We have a bit of an inner-joke going that only one of my robots has actually won anything.

My robot of choice will be:
Dont Worry Dear, Its Only a Robot

Calm Down Dear (Its just a Robot)

Shape - A Logitech cordless mouse shape with Judge Shread style flipper

Weapon - Judge Shread style co2 flipper, acts as srimech with added bars to make sure it will self-right. Bars form part of chassis.

Drive - 6 wheel drive, on two axles. The front axle has two wheels, the rear axle has double wheels. Powered by a couple of lovely Lems at 36 volts. Tornado style Speed controllers and electrical stuff to provide current of 200 amps

Batteries - Nicads.

Speed - Built for acceleration this machine, with a 24 mph top speed, with acceleration to match Storm 2.

Armour - 4mm Hardox shell, held tight by a titanium framework chassis, with added steel ladder supports. Around the wheels are more support to prevent armour hitting wheels.

Skirts - Simple low angled skirts to prevent other robots getting underneath. Angled at 12 degree to the x-axis.

Ride Height - At front, with the front plough scoop, we can assume its low, say 0. The sides without skirts is 2 cm to prevent grounding out. The front wedge can be lifted up using a linear actuator for some reason, I aint though about yet.

Summary - Its a mouse shaped robot, with flipper, designed to be like storm 2, if it was mouse shaped and had a flipper.

Strengths - Go Faster shape, speed, flipper.
Weaknesses - Likes Cheese, armour isnt up with the best.

I believe the a lot to learn mentioned by AJ is how to write stats. *rolls eyes* I would express my customary comment from real life, however I think I may be barred for aggressive behaviour if I did.

Can it self-right - Yes, it is also invertible.

Ground clearance - 0 at the front, 0.5 mm at the sides, 0 at the back

Wheel Type - 6 inch wheels
Motors - Two Lem 130s at 45volts
Body Shape - Reshaped like Voltronic
Armour - 6 mm Titanium skirts, 9 mm Lexan on the front.

Summary - Well flip you then some?
Strengths - Its extremely low to the ground coupled with a flipper. Also can run upside down if the flipper cops out.
Weaknesses - Its armor isnt all that good.

Mass - 100 kg
Weapons - A potent blade running at 1000 rpm, powered by 4 Magmotor for some power.
Can it self-right - No, but it is invertible.
Velocity - 18 mph
Turning Circle - 0
Ground clearance - 1cm underneath the front, 5mm underneath the back 0.1mm underneath the skirts.
Skirts - Skirts around each wheel pod.
Wheel Type - 5 inch wheels
Motors - Four 4 Dustins, geared for speed.
Body Shape - Like Nothing Youve Seen Before
Armour - 6 mm Titanium skirts, 7mm Titanium armour all around, with 4mm aluminum frame.
Colour - Orange, the color of the best country in the world! =)

Summary - Thisll be cutting through more than wind...
Strengths - Its pretty damn fast with an awesome blade, along with invertibility. Plus it has some good wedge protection.
Weaknesses - If you can stop that spinner, and am faster than me, I might have a loss there.

Welcome abord Alexs, one problem with Cosmic Thunder though. Ground clearence is way too low, and will lead to the robot getting grounded pretty much invitably. Even if that doesnt happen, it will have the same problems Mute had in series 7, so increase that please.

Alright, I made a mistake in my stats.

Ground Clearence: 0 at the front, 1.5mm around the sides, and 0.5mm at the back. Underneath the hinged wedges, the ground clearence is 0 on the front 2mm everywhere else.

Good? Im pretty new at this stats system.

1.5mm is still too low, you need at least 5/6mm to avoid grounding out, which Frank uses quite a lot in the last bot dancing arena

Dammit, mm is supposed to stand for cm. But Ill go ahead and change it to 7mm for side wedges.

Frank, Ive just put most of my stats through a total overhaul [A few might be overweight] So if you could use the upgraded versions instead of the versions I gave earlier, thatd be GREAT.

Okay. Me and Alex have agreed on SUNCUST [stats up] and Flank Attack [Stats for it should be up soon]
SUNCUST and Judo Chop! Will be replacing Dr. Evil and Terror Gear in football. SUNCUSTs jaws have been modified to do next to nothing except clamp the ball [but not damage it as the spikes have been removed] And Judo Chop!s axes have had the blades removed and now do pretty mcuh nothing except just grab the enemy if they charge for the goal and hopefully prevent the ball from going in.
Also, you have two of my robots in new blood [Jack Kennedy and Vampire Killer] when you said we were limited to one, so drop Jack Kennedy.

Change of plans: I have Shovearound 2 and Alex has FBSDS [new bot which should be stated soon].

FBSDS stats

FBSDS ground clearence is way too low. This is especially bad for spinners as it can quite likely be beached by debris from its opponant.

Please disregard, I thought I put 8mm or 0.8cm. Either way, its fixed now.

While were on that subject you might want to change it for all your other machines as well as they all have the xact same mistake.

Oh by the way, Cosmic Thunder has hinged wedges all around making it at 0mm all around. Underneath those wedges the clearence is something like 8mm. So that should be that over.

I cant find that mistake for any of my other robots though...

I like keeping helpful quotes in case I ever need to refer for information. Heres one that I think Nick once said:

People keep going around bragging about 1 mm clearence as if it were a good thing. But its better to be tossed around by high wedges than to get stuck on the smallest pieces of shrapnel. 1 cm or higher is preferred, perhaps less in some areas far from the wheels. ESPECIALLY FOR FULL-BODY SPINNERS.

Weapon:A rear-hinged flipper. There is a strip on the bottom of the flipper, allowing the flipper to get under bots with skirts. The flipper is 750psi. There is the option of removing the strip and putting a small titanium plate that extends the flipper out 15cm. It could be used against dangerous spinners. Has two spikes at the back to stop the robot flipping itself over.
