I think the first collision between MDU and CS should be known as the Kiss Of Death :proud:
Okay, for fighting PPE, Ill just attack it, Im not worried about its weapons, I can out push it if it comes to the cruch of having no weapon again, Ill drop the RPM on the spinning shell down to 2500rpm for this battle which produces about 65-70kjs, enough to damage and win with out damaging myself like in the prvious battle.

Tacky Tactics against Mr One Hit Wonder:
As Aaron said earlier, I cant do much to it (can anything??). Therefore, I will try and do the below list of unrealistic events to try and coax a victory out of PPE.
1) Lure MDU towards arena wall
2) Dodge MDU as it gets nearer using my manouverability.
3) Make MDU hit arena wall, slowing the spinner down.
4) Slide under MDU whilst the spinner is still slow.
5) Flip MDU, and pray it goes OOTA.
If the above list dies not work, then PPE will immediately drive into the pit!

Great fights again, Steven! I was on the edge of my seat with the Crankshafted-MDU fight!
I predict that Tengu IV will immobilise Razer with strikes on its side. PPE will put up a good fight against MDU, but I think MDUs superior destructability will win.

razer: relativly soft armour and relativly exposed wheels, i think i may be faster, so if i am it should be able to succeed, be very careful, always spin so it takes damage if it tries to get underneath me.

Once more, umpteen €œthank you€Âs to all! :) Now, we have 2 places left in the Final, and four robots who want them filled...one wonders how we€™ll get round this dilemma...ah well, we€™ll figure something out after they fight :proud:

Right at the start, Razer shoots straight for Tengu 4, wanting to slide under the full-body spinner and grab hold before it can get up to speed...however, the No.28 seed has already dashed right the way up to the top end of the arena, shell happily whirring faster and faster!! Marty prepares to send the No.4 seed off after its rival...when Alex€™s machine shoots down the arena, straight towards the former World Champion!!! Quickly changing direction, Razer manages to dodge the attack from Tengu and tries a head-on charge to try and stop the shell from spinning!! However, the No.28 seed simply zips right round the former RW champion and clips the No.4 seed right in the back!!! With both machines flung away from each other on contact, Marty guides his machine away from the re-rotating Tengu and down the arena, into the Pit Release Button!! But as the special segment of the floor starts to sink, the No.28 seed dashes right down the arena and smacks into Razer€™s side, just as it turns to get away from the Tyre!!! Now two nasty gashes have been put in the legendary British competitor!!! With his opponent€™s shell spinning back up again, Marty quickly steers the No.4 seed away from Tengu and back up to the arena!! However, just as the former World Champion reaches the centre of the ring, Alex€™s ferocious full-body spinner shoots up the war zone and wallops right into the rear of the former RW champ!!! Both seeded machines are once more flung away from each other - Tengu towards the top end, Razer towards the bottom!! With the rear €œtail€ part of the crusher looking pretty mangled and the No.28 seed coming over for another attack, Marty swings the No.4 seed round and charges head-on towards its rival!! This seemed to work against The Revolutionist in the 2nd World Championship, if you€™ll remember!! However, with the ex-RW champion zipping towards it, Tengu swings right around Razer€™s side and successfully gets a blow to the side of the machine!!! With the spinner still pretty much in action and its opponent seemingly stunned, the No.28 seed smacks into the side a second time!!! The No.4 seed swings round to meet the full-body spinner as it tries a third attack, although the controls seem pretty twitchy now!!! Accidentally taking the bait, Tengu slides right up the front of the wondrous wedge...and quickly shoots back off as the crusher slowly starts heading towards the top of the No.28 seed€™s lid!!! Angered at its enemy€™s escape, Razer starts chasing down the revving full-body spinner, with Marty trying to adjust to the twitchy responses from his entry!! However, as the No.4 seed starts to close in, the whirling Tengu swings back right round the former World Champ and successfully smacks the back of the PTT2 Grand Finalist!!! The force from this blow manages to knock Razer€™s scarred side round to face the swirling No.28 seed...who isn€™t very far away!!! Marty tries to guide his last PTT entry away...but Tengu manages to give the side of the ex-World Champion another clout!!! With the shell still spinning and its enemy seemingly stunned again, the No.28 seed gives the side of Razer yet another bash...and then shoots away!!! Marty tries to get the No.4 seed to follow...but it won€™t!!! The former RW champion isn€™t going anywhere!!! Have the wheels been jammed or was something simply shaken loose inside?? Whatever it is, it isn€™t helping Marty at all!!! Feeling it best to leave it be, Alex gives Tengu a rest in the arena centre, as Refbot trundles over to count down the battered and beaten Razer!!!

Wanting the House Robots to make SOME sort of appearance in this Semi-Final :proud:, Shunt rolls merrily out of his CPZ towards Razer!! The House Bot slides his rear scoop comfortably under the sliced side, grapples onto the infamous crushing claw and quite happily pushes the mighty No.4 seed across the arena and into the Pit!!!

Terrified, but with a plan, Danny reverses Platinum Pure Evil backwards to try and lure Mass Disctruction Ultimate into the wall and kill itself!! However, the No.3 seed seems to have forgotten just how quick the VFT3 champion really is!!! At 12mph, the frightening walker is practically sprinting across the arena (well, compared to some other walkers, anyway :proud:)!!! Quite flabbergasted, Danny swings Pure Evil round to flee the PTT newcomer when it gets over...but the 8mph top speed proves too slow!!! Just as the No.3 seed swings round, MDU makes it over and smacks right into one of the wheels!!!

The PTT2 bronze medallist crashes against the arena wall...and bounces back into the 2500rpm shell!!!

This time, the fearsome full-body spinner crashes into the side of the flipping wedge!!! The No.3 seed smacks off the arena fence again, but manages to avoid being flung back into MDU€™s shell again!! Discovering a very weak signal still coming from his machine, Danny tries to swing his flipper round towards the VFT3 champion...but the low teeth of the whirling walker simply tear into it!!!

MDU struts away...and Danny€™s machine remains static!!! Last season€™s bronze medallist won€™t be visiting the podium again this War!!! Wanting the Welshman put out of his misery, Refbot trundles over and starts counting out the infamous PTT2 giant-killer - Platinum Pure Evil!!!

Hungry after seven fights of nearly NO House Robot involvement, the famished Matilda and Dead Metal shoot across the arena to feast on the remains of Pure Evil...but Aaron feels that PPE and Dan have both suffered more than enough...and decides to put the BBC bots in their place!!! Shell back in action, the VFT3 champion scuttles over to Matilda (who is just aiming her disc €œtail€Â) and crashes right into one of her wheels...

Not only is the House Robot€™s wheel pretty much tattered, but a section the fibreglass body shell has been torn loose!!!

Now the silver scorpion€™s in mortal danger!!! The mechanism for the claws has pretty much been snapped, the pincers themselves are slashed and torn...and the circular saw has completely shattered!!! :proud:

As the saw shards scatter on the stage, the judges feel it best to stop the fight for safety reasons. (mainly because Professor Sharkey nearly had a piece of the disc greet his glasses!)
Platinum Pure Evil proves little more than a forgery! The No.3 seed doesn€™t prove evil enough, but still gets to head back home in one wounded, but whole package! :)

Great stuff as ever Mr Steve :) I cant wait for the final! :) Whatever way, I think this is MDUs war. I doubt the top seed will defend its title anyway, and Tengu may actually prove a surprise here :) UltraVerter has seemed quite quiet sneaking through to me, many that will spring a surprise or two as well :)

Once more, thanks, guys! :) Now, before I start the Countdown to Carnage, Id like to make a statement about the PTT:
When I joined the RW Forum in August 2002, my 1st Fan Fic tourney (the Steven Superstar Tournament) was basically a flop. I never even got Round 1 finished! However, round about early to mid Autumn, I decided to try again. This time, I would get the job done!
When it came to giving the new tourney a name, I remembered the Forum€™s great amount of condolences sent after Pussycat driver David Gribbles death the previous year and how I didnt contribute (not knowing how to post!). So I decided to name the tournament after him as my way of a tribute to his short but admirable life.
The first Pussycat Tribute Tournament consisted of 12 people entering a total of 72 robots. Many people giving their views and opinions on the fights and according to one person, it was the largest completed tournament in Forum history! (I doubt this myself, but could anyone else clarify this?)
The PTT2 started round about wintertime €˜02, with 16 people entering a whopping total of 96 machines, an even larger amount than the last tourney! During the course of the PTT2, my writing improved and more detailed and exciting battles were produced, making the tourney, in my view, even better than before. By the time the tourney drew to a close (with one of my finest ever fights IMO), the PTT had managed to establish itself as one of the top guns in vapourbot writing.
Now, since August-time €™03, PTT3 has been raging on. The fights have been getting even longer, even more exciting and (most importantly) even more liked by other people! :proud: Thanks to all the support you€™ve given me, the tourney marched on in leaps and bounds, even through some of its toughest times (Prelim time springs to mind) and has finally reached its last few miles :)
As the Final draws nearer and nearer, Id like to take this opportunity to thank EVERYONE who has entered, predicted and, above all, made these tournaments as successful as they have been.

For the first time in PTT, there will be a seeded robot in the grand final! Below are my pre-diddly-dictions:
Mass Disctruction Ultimate Vs UltraVerter: I reckon MDU will win this, unless UltraVerter can get under it with the flipper. However, I dont think this will happen, so MDU to win!
The Business Ends (1) Vs Tengu 4 (28): This will be another very close fight. However, I believe that Tengu will be flipped about by TBEs scoop, and the CO2 on Tengu will eventually run out, leaving TBE to win.
UltraVerter Vs Tengu 4(28): Ultraverter here to flip Tengu OOTA almost immediately.
Mass Disctruction Ultimate Vs The Business Ends (1): I reckon Aaron will quite easily win this one, in my opinion. TBE will bot be able to get underneath, nor axe MDU.

Mass Disctruction Ultimate was entered by Aaron Knight and is an 8-legged full body spinner. The circular shell and its 9 teeth spins at 4000rpm, the whole robot can run inverted and the power of the spinner is pretty much capable of instant KOs!

Immediately, UltraVerter thunders towards Mass Disctruction Ultimate, to try and beat the rotating shell€™s spin-up time!! However, the full-body spinner has already reached its gruesome top speed!! What happened next was over quicker than it began!! Before the walker could get far enough away from its starting position, the well-protected UltraVerter charged right into MDU€™s spinning body...the bottom skirt of the mighty flipperbot is slashed into by the VFT3 champion...the force from Tom€™s ram manages to make the two machines get flung away on impact...UltraVerter in the direction of the arena centre again...MDU towards the wall!!!
CRRRRRRRASH!!!!!
The Plexiglas panel on the fence snaps clean in two and clatters onto the camera track!!! Aaron seems somewhat stunned by this turn of events, as he quickly gets his mighty machine to scuttle away from the edge of the arena!!! Hurriedly regaining control of his machine, Tom sends the rather slower UltraVerter charging towards the VFT3 champion...however, the spinning shell still seems in working order, as it€™s already back up to speed!!! The mighty flipperbot tries another ram against MDU, trying one of Danny€™s earlier tactics - shoving it out the ring!!!
CRRRRRRRASH!!!!!
However, thanks to the quite greatly reduced speed of UltraVerter and the walker€™s sheer weight, the impact doesn€™t fling Aaron€™s machine very far at all...instead, it just manages to tear the weakened front skirt of the flipperbot clean off!!! With the front of the skirted box now exposed and movement from the conqueror of Tornado rapidly being reduced, MDU decides to scuttle in for one last blow...
CRRRRRRRASH!!!!!
With a nice little twirl on impact, Tom notices a few nasty scrapes and dents on the thick exposed front of his machine...and he also notices that he can€™t actually move it anymore!!! The innards must have been given a hell of a good rattling!!! Recovering from his slight scare a mere few seconds earlier, Aaron sends MDU back to the other end of the arena, leaving the mighty UltraVerter to be counted out by Refbot!!!

The Business Ends quickly dashes across the arena, but Tengu 4 has sharply darted away from the reigning champion, shell beginning to whirl viciously!! Following the No.28 seed, the PTT2 champ quickly finds itself catching up with the full-body spinner!! All of a sudden, however, Tengu shifts into reverse and darts backwards straight into The Business Ends€™ front ram!! The electric axe activates, but proves too late, as both machines have already been flung away from each other!! With the spinning shell still active, the No.28 seed darts back over to the reigning champion, who is now sporting a nasty gash along its front!! However, the No.1 seed isn€™t willing to surrender the crown without a fight!! Just as the full-body spinner charges back over, The Business Ends slams into reverse and backs straight into the rotating shell!! Another slash has been added to the 3 mil titanium, but Tengu€™s shell has stopped!! Before it can start up again, the reigning champion quickly slips the little rear scoop underneath the No.28 seed and, with the combination of the axe/flipper and a sharp shove backwards, Alex€™s machine is suddenly tipped over onto its back!! However, just as the No.1 seed swings round to bring the axe into play, the self-righting bar atop Tengu activates and sends the No.28 seed back onto its wheels in a snap!! The Business Ends tries to ram its rival, but the full-body spinner has already darted up to the top of the arena!! Just as the reigning champion starts following his rival, Alex swivels his machine right round and heads back towards the No.1 seed!! Suddenly, we€™ve gone from fighting to jousting :proud:!! The two advancing machines prepare to collide...when Tengu suddenly whirls round past the front of The Business Ends and smacks its spinning shell into the reigning champion€™s side!!! Again, both machines have been flung away from each other, giving the No.28 seed the opportunity to spin up some more and giving the No.1 seed the opportunity to release the Pit!! One mad dash later and the all-too familiar siren begins to echo across the Warzone!! Just as The Business Ends swirls round to take a ram at its enemy, Tengu rushes across the arena and smashes its rotating blades right into the reigning champion€™s front once more!!! This latest blow smacks the No.1 seed€™s side off the arena wall, giving Hector a nice little dent as well as the nasty gash along the front ram!! With the champ€™s side exposed, Tengu zips forward once more and clouts the side armour of The Business Ends, just as the No.1 seed starts turning to face its rival!!! With the shell really slowing now, Alex sends the No.28 seed back a little to rev it back up to speed, giving the reigning champion the time to dash away from the Pit Release Button and back to the centre of the ring!!! With the rotating body whirling ferociously once more, Tengu dashes up the arena towards The Business Ends, but Hector is ready - the PTT2 champion swivels round as the No.28 seed approaches and takes another blow to the rear!! The force sends the full-body spinner back a few feet...but not far enough!! Suddenly, the reigning champion shoots backwards and slides the rear scoop underneath the currently static shell!! The arm activates, the champ reverses and the AJWars 4 Finalist topples over onto its back for a second time!! However, in the time it took for The Business Ends to swing back round and get the axe ready, Tengu had already self-righted!! But, once again, Hector seemed ready!! The reigning champion twirled to face the No.28 seed, just as it landed, and gave the machine a good, hard ram...allowing the No.1 seed to slide under the full-body spinner€™s 10mm ground clearance!!! With Alex€™s machine now partially stuck on the Killerhurtz-style ram, the PTT2 champion shoots across the arena and slams the conqueror of Razer into the fence so hard, that all the Plexiglas on that side of the arena quivered!!!

Fortunately for Alex, the ram was enough to shake Tengu off the front of the No.1 seed!! Wasting no time, the full-body spinner darted back across the arena to try and get the shell back up to speed!!!

In hot pursuit, The Business Ends dashes across the ring and very quickly catches up with the No.28 seed!! The front hits the shell...the blade slice into the ram...and the axe finally slams down onto the top of the currently static spinner, leaving a pretty nasty dent where it struck!!!

As the champion tries shoving its rival across the arena one last time, the titanic struggle finally comes to a stop. With both Finalists still well and truly active, we€™ll have to head over to the judges for a decision. Has The Business Ends finally met the bitter end? Or has Tengu performed more like Pingu? Not only will this decision decide the fate of the champion, it will also decide who will join MDU in the Grand Final. There€™s a great deal at stake here, so let€™s cut the chat and get our result...

Well that was a much easier battle then i thought :) Give me a sigh of relief.
Tengu 4 Im not as worried about, its only a fellow full body spinner, and so far Ive beatten two FBS robots in this comp(Tempest and CrankShafted). So Im hoping to do the same as the other, just attack them and try to damage Tengu 4 as much as possible. And hope that MDU can win its last PTT tourny, retiring at its peak.

For this year, however, I have decided that the People€™s Choice awards will not be present this time around :sad:, mainly due to how looooooong it takes for any tie-break situations to be broken. However, that won€™t stop the lovely imaginary trophies being done away with altogether. :) Let€™s honour some bots!

MOST ORIGINAL DESIGN AWARD
This award is for the most unique machine in the Warzone, a robot which really stands out from the rest of the crowd, and which bot could stick out more than SUCKERPUNCH by Tom Roper? :proud: Armed with a large vacuum pipe, which operates very similarly to Razer€™s claw, this newcomer has proved powerful enough to eject a whole Heavyweight from the ring - with a vacuum cleaner! :proud: Bravo to SuckerPunch and Mr Roper :)
BEST DESIGN AWARD
This award is for the machine with a concept of engineering brilliance, a bot that€™s definitely prepared for what lies out there in the arena. There were MANY machines I felt worthy of this title but, in the end, I felt that this trophy should be awarded to SUPREME GLORY BETA by Daniel Stickler. Although a simple box in shape, this newcomer is anything but! With 8 legs, motors which can generate a nippy 12mph, tough armour, low skirts and a 180 degree pneumatic axe with interchangeable heads mounted on a 360 degree rotating turret, SGB is complex indeed. However, all this technology paid off, as the walker slammed past the impressive BackSpin 2.0 and 20th seed Panic Attack. Only the former RW World Champion could stop this awesome creation, so well deserved indeed, Dan-o :)
BEST ENGINEERED AWARD
This award is for all the tek-nee-kull work which goes into all of our competing machines. Everyone€™s done some smashing work but, in the end, I really had to give this to MASS DISCTRUCTION ULTIMATE by Aaron Knight. With its now infamous custom gas turbine powering the outer shell, this newcomer is able to produce nearly 4000rpm...and one-hit kills! If MDU doesn€™t deserve this, I don€™t know who does! Well done, Aaron :)

This award is for the person who really puts the colour into the PTT and helps to make it the all-round spectacle it really is - in terms of human nominees, I felt the winner here should be none other than ANDREW JACKSON. In the PTT this season, we€™ve seen 11 veterans of the tournament return for more chaos - and 5 ferocious newcomers felt they€™d let their machines have a crack at the title. However, the individual who has struck the biggest chord in my eyes is AARON KNIGHT. With his five terrifying walkers and psychotic hopping roller, the Aussie€™s machines have reached a Heat Semi-Final, 3 Heat Finals, 1 Series Semi-Final and the Grand Final! With a performance like that, Aaron€™s really proved himself here. Encore! :proud:
And as our winners walk away, I€™d like to tell all those who will limp home empty-handed not to worry. You€™ve done a smashing job :) (literally :proud:)

Both robots get off to a flying start, shooting towards each other and colliding in the arena centre!! The ram at the front of The Business Ends smashes straight into the front skirt of UltraVerter, but little damage has been done to the repair front, and the impact of the collision has simply allowed the PTT newcomer to slide under the former champion!! The Aussie flipperbot ploughs right under the No.1 seed and fires the flipping arm...making the PTT2 champion perform a nice big somersault before landing back on its wheels!!! :proud: The very second it greets the ground, The Business Ends shoots across the arena in reverse, circles past UltraVerter and smashes into the Pit Release Button as though rocket-powered!!! The siren starts echoing around the arena, as the former champion shoots rear-first towards its rival...and as the Pit Tyre slowly topples onto the arena floor!!! :proud: UltraVerter turns to face the approaching No.1 seed, just in time to have the rear scoop ram into the front skirt!! Hector€™s little bucket joins the list of many other machines who have failed to penetrate those skirts!! However, the PTT2 champion isn€™t beaten yet!! Just as UltraVerter tries to slip under the front of The Business Ends, the No.1 seed swings round in its signature arc shape and slams the front ram into the thick skirt!! The PTT newcomer tries to swing round itself to drive under the former champion, but the infamous electric axe has already started jabbing onto the top plate of Tom€™s machine!! But hardly any damage has been given to the top plate, bar a few dents here and there!!! At 25mm thick, the Lexan sheet crowning UltraVerter just won€™t be punctured!!! Realising this, The Business Ends tries a different tactic - the No.1 seed pins the hammer down onto the top of the pyramid and starts trying to push the 100kg machine across the arena...but the hold on the PTT newcomer doesn€™t prove strong enough!!! Suddenly, UltraVerter whirls round, ploughs under the front ram of the ex-champion again and rams the PTT2 winner right across to the other end of the arena, Hector€™s machine sliding up the skirt as it happens!!! With the fence getting closer with every second, Tom fires the flipper...The Business Ends soars at least 7ft upwards...and crashes down on the camera track with a sickening €œcrunch€Â!!! Tom finally gets one over on Hector€™s vapourbots and claims the bronze medal :)...but it€™s feeling pretty bored!!! Suddenly thinking of something it can do, the Aussie flipper charges across the arena towards Growler!! The House Robot sits in anticipation, mouth wide open...but UltraVerter simply shoots straight under the lower jaw and fires the flipper!!! Growler hops into the air before crashing back down onto the wooden floor!!! However, Tom still isn€™t satisfied!! As the House Robot tries to shoo UltraVerter away, the PTT newcomer charges, slides right underneath Growler...and successfully flicks him onto his back!!! :proud:
CEASE!!!!!
The Business Ends has met its end! The No.1 seed misses out on both the Grand title and the wooden spoon!

Immediately, the revving Tengu 4 careers towards Mass Disctruction Ultimate, hoping to make it over before the shell spins up...however, this is not the case!!!! Thanks to its split-second rev-up time, the PTT newcomer has already reached a truly menacing speed!!! Knocking it has to do SOMETHING if it wants the title, the whirling No.28 seed heads into MDU€™s vortex...
CRRRRRRRASH!!!!!
The walking circle has pretty much hardly moved at all, thanks to its hefty mass, but Tengu has been flung nearly halfway across the arena!!! MDU begins scuttling over towards its enemy...only to realise that it€™s still very much alive and kicking!!!! The No.28 seed is still whirling away and, feeling that little bit braver, heads straight towards the PTT newcomer in a great dash...
CRRRRRRRASH!!!!!
Tengu is flung away once again but, this time, MDU has been sent a few feet backwards on impact!!! Darting in once again, the No.28 seed gets another blow in on the walking circle, just as Aaron€™s shell gets back up to maximum fierceness...
CRRRRRRRASH!!!!!
Once more, Tengu is lobbed backwards like a spinning top on steroids, while MDU remains steady!!! Alex quickly tries to rev the shell back up as the VFT3 champion scurries across for another bash!!! However, those last few blows are really starting to slow the shell down!!! Also, the armour of the full-body spinner is already really starting to look bashed and torn, while MDU€™s thick outer skin has very few nicks and scrapes at all!!! With the shell looking less than impressive, Alex decides to take Tengu further up the ring and get a good run up...but the response from the machine too seems pretty slow...slow enough for the VFT3 champion to catch up and strike the armour a fourth time...
CRRRRRRRASH!!!!!
Tengu€™s hurricane impression once more delights the audience!!! The spinning body is rapidly decelerating and movement is starting to get limited!!! Nevertheless, Alex just will not give up!!! MDU starts strutting over for another attack...and so too does the No.28 seed!!! Despite the now sluggish weaponry and control, Alex is determined to go out fighting - like a true hero!!! Finally, the two collide again, the slow shell of Tengu against the swift spinner of MDU...
CRRRRRRRASH!!!!!
The No.28 seed is sent twirling like a Catherine Wheel once more!!!! MDU stands a few feet away from his now static enemy!!! Slightly saddened at his valiant foe€™s defeat, Aaron drops his controls and waits for Refbot to head over...then snaps them back up again when he sees that Tengu is still moving!!!! However, it is DEFINITELY looking the worse for wear - covered in tears, scars and scratches and with hardly any movement...yet Alex is STILL trying to fight back!!!! Aaron can€™t help but be impressed at the No.28 seed€™s tenacity!!! Revving up the shell, the PTT newcomer makes up his mind, scuttles over to his foe and gives the full-body spinner one final blow from his fearsome walker€™s weapon...
CRRRRRRRASH!!!!!
Tengu is once again flicked away a few feet...Aaron halts for a few seconds...and Alex€™s machine stays put!!!! Finally, the No.28 seed€™s dream is over...but Aaron doesn€™t fancy his adversary suffering any more!!!! MDU struts past Tengu to the bottom end of the arena and nudges into the Pit Release Button!!! However, Aaron has €œforgotten€ to stop his spinning shell...tearing the tyre into several million pieces!!!!! :proud: For the last time, the siren booms throughout the stadium, as MDU and Refbot both head over to the No.28 seed!!!! Slowing his machine€™s shell to a halt, Aaron guides the VFT3 champion around the back of his very worthy opponent and starts heaving it towards the Pit...just as Refbot begins his countdown...

...halfway there...
...4...5...6...
...the edge is a mere few feet away...
...7...8...
...and the No.28 seed has been shoved down into the Pit!!!! Tengu is safe, the House Robots have been robbed of their fun...and Aaron has finally got his hands on the PTT Championship Crown!!!!!

Tengu 4 has had a long, hard journey, but the road has finally come to an end! Even though slashed, bashed and with its very life-force disappearing, the No.28 seed refused to give up until its dying breath! Many, many congratulations to this season€™s Giant-Killer, Mr Alex Holt. A worthy finalist indeed :). But, it€™s got to be a case of €œbetter luck next time€ because......

I agree with you Steve, this series has been your greatest work ever! Your battles are full of drama, suspense and twists and turns. The Pussycat Tribute Tournament 3 has put many other tournaments to shame, for its content has been of the greatest quality.

Personally, I cant wait until PTT4 starts, for I reckon that it will be one of the greatest ever fan fic tournaments ever! The level of vapourbots has risen so much since I started in 2002, that I am constantly needing to update my machines.

That was better than I was expecting by a long shot, and I am really impressed that I got this far.
and you said I would be fourth Daniel!
The only annoying thing is that the newer tengu has lots of anti horizontal spinner design changes even before I knew about this fight and could have been able to give it a better run for its money.
But still this is the best result in a fair tourny Ive had (ie. not Kodys brief fights that won slaying mantis a tourny) and I am pleased with that result.

Great Tourny Steven! Congrats to Alex with Tengu, your survival was amazing :) Thanks for the victory, but mainly, I have to thank MDU, its been my greatest robot ever and its been my pride and joy for a long time and will continue forever more, it have a happy life living the rest of its concept out in the data streams of my computer and in the memories of those of myself and others.
