Planning on throwing a FrSky system into my cheap GiantCod transmitter the next time one of their receivers craps out on me. It also seems to have the same three wires out that you can just solder a hack module on to. I'm liking all this cheap DIY 2.4GHz business, saves a helluva lot of redundant transmitters being thrown out :)

It also means that you could pick up a dirt cheap 40 or 35 meg futaba system that would have cost several hundred years ago and convert it for comparatively little money.
