horizontal single toothed, hardox disk (weight unknown since conversion but was 3kg)
Weapon drive:-
2 speed 900 motors running on 24v into custom mario gearbox
drive:-
2 speed 700bb turbo motors on 12v with custom mario drive gearboxes.
Armour:-
20mm hdpe back and sides with 10mm lid/base
Power:-
3 X 12V 4000mah nimh packs, sabertooth 25a controller, solid state relay with technobots battleswitch for weapon.
originally built and designed by mario and leo. some inevitable reliability issues in competition now sorted,(wont be snapping any more belts!) single tooth conversion by robochallenge.
will post pics on youtube once tested with single tooth, but old link below when it had 3 teeth. speed of disk is unknown but it is blimmin fast!

Our guestimation is 8000-9000 rpm on 24V. Its really fast.
