OK get rid of the batteries then.

However, bear in mind, that to reach any given speed from stationary, an objcty must accelerate through all preceding speeds. We only give the maximum speed if you accelrated it as far as it would go in a straight line - however, various other factors can make it go any other speed up til that point.
