Battery advise

Well i had the packs made in a 5x4 configuration ( 5 x 4 = 20 x 1.2v= 24v) i have 2 24v packs , Luckily i got them sponsored to me but they would of cost over 180 pounds .

I also had the packs made for me , they are just made by a thick grade of wire going from the top to bottom of each cell .You could use battery bars but i havent had any experience with them.

Its a bit hard to describe the way to actually join the cells together , maybe someone else can answer this.

i think overlander do offer an assembly service where theyll build your pack.

Overlander have ive heard just moved, but still have a good service as just got some packs through today that I ordered at the end of last week.

if i had two packs 6cells in each, with the below batteries in, from overlander. what total voltage would i have?

14.4v (assuming theyre in series) theyre 1.2volts per cell

yes they are, i sell these exact packs on my site

im now looking for a 12volt nicad pack, any one have one or know places that stock them? i have looked but no luck!

what any off there because they seem to range in price (with slight differences) from £20-£50?
