Yes Dave, only the Airshows are different than your everyday RR event - with all the passes to get through past the spectators and security, and maps to know which site entrance to use (just following on from what Kenny said, as its a little less obvious than a postcode).
Last year we got our passes on the gate.

Youll have to wait like everyone else. Once the information is available to be sent out, it will be. And Im sure like every other event, Roaming Robots will post here to check everyone has received the information.

those of you that came last year, you will know there is a lot of work which goes on behind the scenes organising this event and the logistics of getting over 30 teams into the very security concious air show.
There will be emails coming to you later this week as we make the final preparations for your arrival.
You will pick up your passes on the gate so dont worry about that, and arrival details will follow.
