Wiring

The batteries are 24v 3Ah NiCads. Both Jonny's and my diagram can't be right :? Cant see how the way you've drawn it won't give 48v instead of 24v, especially if you consider both reds to be the same wire as Alan says.

Its for a MW but I thought i'd post it here as the MW bit is pretty dead.

it dont matter how many batteries there are in the parallel circuit.......
as long as all the blacks are together........
and all the reds are together.......
all you are doing is increasing the overall amp hour capacity.
