bit of a change to kang, changed most of drive over to two ride on kiddy car drives with collosal drive motors and big wheels, speed is average but pushing power = OMG!

wedge is mounted, saw is mounted, most of the guts are done (mounted to the lid) but the side and front armour still needs doing.
also some pics of the kiddy car gearboxes which are pretty nifty, lighter than drills too and stronger. much slower tho :)

Ewan, I being very serious here for a moment..If your hardox disc is anywhere near the size /weight of the disc I saw at Magna then you will need a good bit more that a 2:1 reduction on your Astroflight 40!..Trust me on this one Ewan, I know that motor inside out and I guarantee that at 2:1 you WILL cook it very quickly!

we cooked one in san fran, interesting smells come out of it. That was with a 5kg disc at a 4:1 reduction if i remember correctly for 3 minutes.
