Tony, yes you will, Ive seen it flip 8kgs with just one burkert. It will be one to avoid, but it is fairly rapid on drive aswell. Nice job Kenny. Will have to get my CNC feather done now.

Are you going to be entering it into competition proper or just keeping it for for demos/ house robot duty? Like a new age pitbull.
Oh & any chance of some photos? Pretty please?
I'd love to see a Shunt like that.
Yes going to be at all comps hopefully
No photo's has of yet has i'm just getting the parts together
Cadding up a rc growler toy then scaling up to fit the parts in so it looks perfect
Likewise, will welcome photos once it's a bit more photogenic :)
You going for a side-roll srimech like 360 or one that runs along the length of the robot e.g. Panic Attack?
Side roll because theres a backbone on the design, the panel can sit against when bringing it back

I've found that, I've bought 2 and one had plastic gears and one had metal gears. But for £10 not bad.Quote:

From your existing drills. If you've got one with metal gears and one with plastic gears, that's six individual metal and six individual plastic gears you have. A standard drill gearbox needs six to run so use three plastic and three metal gears in one drill gearbox and use the remaining ones in the other drill gearbox. Voila :)
I like your thinking, i'll butcher them further tommorow.
