What happened was, someone saw that at the tapings and incorporated it in a fight before the Storm 2/Steel Avenger match happened on TV.
Ah well, thats understandable then :)
(Jeez, my sixth post in the past few hours on here today - well seeing Im procrastinating from studying :proud:)
Keep it down, people, its time for the final fight of the heat.
Warrior SKF took advantage of an aging Chaos 2 and expired him before dumping The Disc 5 down the pit in an endurance match.
Shovearound 2 easily beat the crap out of the Breed twins before having an even easier time with Tough As Nails, who proved to be the opposite.
Roboteers, stand by...
Hey! Its the TGRR finalists: Tira-san and Asterix Heroicus!

ACTIVATE!!!
Warrior dashes out to get under Shovearound and possibly SHOOT THE $H!T OOTA, buuuut...nope, he goes flying over top of Shovearound and lands with a clatter behind him. WAIT! The disc is pointing at Shovearounds rear! Could this be part of the plan?!
CRASH!
Shovearound is smashed away and suddenly finds himself 4 feet removed from his rear skirt! Trouble in the arena with one of the house robots too, as at the same Tira had tried to smash into Warrior and went bouncing away, and now sparks are continuously coming from the disc slots! Warrior ignores Shovearound for the moment and flips Tira onto her back, setting off a trigger of anger as Asterix plows right into the spinning flywheel of Warrior!
CRASH!!!
Holy flying metal, Batman! Asterix has just been schmacked right into an incoming Shovearound, with a now faceless front! Shovearound decides also to lag from the actual fight and now both competitors are picking on the house robots! And there goes Tira, over the fence, courtesy of that horribly powerful flipping of Warrior! Asterix gets away and is slammed into by Warrior who reverses from the CPZ with the flywheel in the house robots face!
CRASH!
Internals are strewn across the arena as Asterix comes grinding to a dead halt in front of Shovearound, who lifts up the dead gaul and proceeds to whack Warrior with the carcass! Warrior flips Asterix off of Shovearounds forks and nearly inverts the enemy himself! Shovearound takes the advantage and slides underneath Warriors open flipper, and tilts Warrior onto its own disc!
CRASH!!!
Holy flying arena floor, Batman! Pieces of the ground have been torn by the mighty flywheel of Warrior, but Warrior isnt looking too mighty anymore as both flywheel AND flipper have stopped working! Shovearound tracks Warrior down and shunts him with the forks...and the arena camera is stopped thanks to Tira. Or should I say, thanks to Warrior. :proud: Speaking of which, hes away past Asterixs carcass and hes hit the pit release button. WHATS THIS?! Warriors weapons come back to life again! The pit descends as Shovearound makes another dash towards Warrior, who charges also. Both robots meet and Warrior flies overtop of Shovearound, but this time the flywheel hits the top of Shovearound!
CRASH!!!
Ooh, I see a lot of smoke, and its coming from Warriors flywheel, but Shovearound is moving rather slowly now as he makes his way around and meets Warriors flipper, again getting under and lifting, but Warrior gets off, turns around, and backs into the uplifted forks with the smoking flywheel!
CRASH!!!
And Shovearound is being mutiliated out there as a few of the forks are broken off and land with a small clatter in the middle of the arena. More smoke from Warrior. The Watcher is keeping well away from these two, and so starts shoving whats left of his teammate towards the pit. Warrior collides with The Watcher and carries him into the pit! The crowd goes wild! (TMQ) Despite their cheering, nobody sees the ref, head-first into the pit, flash the red card, and so Warrior continues to bat Shovearound around the arena. Another smash of the flywheel and Shovearound loses a side skirt. Warrior gets under that side and tosses Shovearound onto his back. This fight has turned right around now as Shovearound tries to right himself, and does so - right on top of the flipper of Warrior, who sidles over to the arena wall, but doesnt flip. Instead he reverses towards the other arena wall and the moment he hits it, he activates the flipper. Shovearound is shot high into the air and lands with a loud crash out of the arena. Warrior, despite being hammered by the recoil of his flywheel hit on the arena wall, manages to do a victory dance.
CEASE!
Warrior - 4. Tira, Asterix, The Watcher, and Shovearound 2 - 0 :proud:
WARRIOR SKF ADVANCES TO THE SERIES FINAL!!!
Heat G
Tengu VII VS. Whirligig 4.0
Spawn Again VS. Infusion Beta
Tempest Evil-er-oution VS. ForcePower 5.0
Knightmare VS. Die-ceratops Invertus
Tactics? Predictions? House robot shrapnel pieces? :proud:
Tactics: Kill.
The problem is that Knightmare doesnt really help because it could mean two different robots. It could mean Team Knightmares very first robot, or it could mean the one we know as Raging Knightmare, because the team later dropped the Raging part.
IF THE FORMER: It probably wont worry Die-Ceratops too much, so keep flipping.
IF THE LATTER: It can get bots out of the arena, but it does have limited flips, so try to wear it down perhaps.
Tengu VII VS. Whirligig 4.0, meh, should be Tengu, hes got good spinner protection, while Whiriligig has... less
Spawn Again VS. Infusion Beta, Infusion Beta to ram Spawn into oblivion
Tempest Evil-er-oution VS. ForcePower 5.0, ok, here is where things get hard, Im gonna give it to Tempest since its hard to take control of... but its a close match
Knightmare VS. Die-ceratops Invertus, Die-Ceratops to outclass his fellow-flipper really
Tim meant the S4 version of Knightmare, and thats what will used.
Tengu VII VS. Whirligig 4.0 will be up as soon as I get a tactic from either Steve or Alex (or both), or, failing that, in 3 days, but since we all know Prof. Vengeance is out there...:proud:
Spin into it and laugh with impudence as his spinners fails to do anythign relevant thanks to my spinner ring.
But looking at it, this heat is horrendous....
I count what I consider to be five A List Vapours, and the only one I dont know anything about is Knightmare...
