Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
anyway the other question by AJ about what do I want from you is that you lot moan about my rubbish robots but you dont give any advice on making better ones.
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
its a small problem but nothing drastic but i have two robots in one heat
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Lots of people have more than 1 robot in a heat...
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
It is allowed in some tournys. [Look at AJWars] Besides, I think there WILL be people who have 2 or more robots no matter what, no matter how many times I re-do the draw.
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Maybe, but the fact being that there are three heats with at least two of my robots in (DieCeratops ReInvertus and NNSW, Cyclone Force and Obliteration, Orka and Leprosy Infection). I dont wanna sound rude (just as Martyn and Daniel dont), but having more than one robot in a heat does sorta limit the robots success.
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Youre forgetting that only ONE robot goes through, so unless you do tactics like Drive in pit for one of them, Each robots chances are unaffected. Besides, since ANYONE can have two robots in the same heat, it sort of evens out the odds for the drivers.
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
ok I will ask then how do you make better robots
and anyway Ive thought of a design so anyone can tell me if they want to hear the design or not( Ps its good)
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Of course YOUD say its good. What it proboblay is is yet another unrealistic design with like 10 flippers and spinners with a FBS shell...
Just go, Tim.
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Just a question, how do these heats work out? Are they a four robot rumble and two robots go through... or are they two on two and the winners go through to fight eachother or what is it?
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Or is it a four robot rumble and only one robot goes through? Somehow, that may be fairer.
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Didnt I specifiy that it was a four way with only one robot going through? Oh well. Either way, Chris has it right.
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Oh, in case you wanted something more specific, Alex:
The format will be like this: Four brackets of 16 bots each. There will be 4 heats divided with 4 robots each for each bracket. Each robot that is the last one standing [or wins a judges decision] Goes through. The winners of each of the four heats then fight each other, and the last two eliminated are out. Then its a one-on one fight between the two survivors. The winner of that match moves on to the finals. Once the four finalsts make it there, theres another heat with 4 robots. The first two out fight each other in a playoff, and the last two standing face off for first place. Unlike most tournys, there are only 4 seeds, and if theres a next season, those four will be in the first heat of the first bracket.
Everyone understand now? If so, how bout them tactics?
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
OK, Im not sure how on EARTH Im going to do this...
DIE-CERATOPS RE-INVERTUS and NO, NOT STEVEN WHATSIS NAME
Die Ceratops will take on TMO, Steven will tackle the other bot (forgotten its name). If we both survive, I dont know what to do...Ill probably take the weak way out and drive one into the pit or something.
CYCLONE FORCE 2.5 and OBLITERATION
Cyclone to take on Forcepower, whilst Obliteration battles SDIV. If both survive, have a few goes at each other anyway, then drive one down the pit.
MEGA MASHER 2
Go for Tails.
ORKA MK4 and LEPROSY INFECTION
Orka goes for Whirligig, Leprosy attacks Killotine. Same rules go for above.
AXE-O-LOTL
Attack anyone. Ram hard if I get underneath anyone.
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Dont want to fight yourself, eh chris?
Well, in that case, ill get to work on the first heat.
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Not immediatly, even though Ive always wanted to know which of my bots is the strongest.
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Tactics for QJS...
...Flip :proud:
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
no i meant the designs good the rest is crap
anyway I just wanted to tell the design (or say) anyway if I say it someone else can make it realistic
well the robot which I thought about well its basically dreadnought xp1 apart from theres a flipper instead of the lifting forks and theres a big spinny disc in the back
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Advice tip no. 1: Remove the disc!
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
HEAT THREE:
Calm Down Dear, its only a robot
Cosmic Thunder
The Circle Revisited
Yet Another Cut Above The Rest
Number one tactic: Flip flip flip! Try to flip them all and get points for it!
HEAT FOUR:
FBSDS
Son of Ripper
Son of Wedgie
Forklift
Hmm... this is going to be a bit harder. FBSDS has a self-righting arm at the top, but I dont want to have to use it that much. Try to spin up and keep to myself, if I get a clear shot of someones back, take it and hit them.
HEAT ONE:
Star 69
Dante
Meat Slicer 2
Balder
Meat Slicer 2 is Balders worst nightmare. It should easliy get under and really rip up the plow, tossing and turning him over. Dante really shouldnt be much of a problem either, since its an axle-bot, but well see.
HEAT FOUR:
Allanon
Chameleon
GeForce
Flank Attack
Stay away from GeForce, when I have to. Instead, go for Allanon. My armor should hold up to those spinners, and I should easily clamp him. From there, take him to hazards till hes dead. Then try to take GeForce from behind for teh wins!
HEAT THREE:
CDM
Windmill
Drumroll
Axeolotl
Windmilll want to go for Axeolotl since it has questionable armor. Im not faster than it but I should be able to get round the sides easy and smash him to bits. Drum Roll 2 will go for CDM, and rip up that wedge and possibly flip CDM over easy. Then Windmill should be able to rip off those vunerable wheels of Drum Roll 2.
HEAT FOUR:
Malaria
Argo
Kali
Pit Drone
Malaria should get underneath Agro, whatever Richard says. I do have that front weak lifting plate, which can press against the ground putting more weight on it, making it extremely low to the ground so thats what Ill do. Ill then get under Agro and start hammering, not letting him get away. Pit Drone, will go for the sides of Kali, getting under that high GC and really ripping up stuff with the disc. Then itll probably be Malaria who takes it.
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
It should easliy get under and really rip up the plow,
err...have you actually read what thats made of - its well over an inch of armour....
Besides I can tag team you... And Dante isnt an axle bot, it is just on two wheels
-

Sorry for the delay, been in a bad mood latley..., anyways heres the first heat, sorry if it winds up being off.
House Robots: Psycho Cyan Evolved and Shovearound 2

ACTIVATE!
Chris one and Chris two drive Dieceratops to Take Me Out, while Steven WHatsisname goes for QJS. Four powerful flippers, this ought to be good...
Dieceratops and Take Me Out go head on, but Take Me Out gets under! With a flip, Dieceratps does a full 360 backflip before landing. Dieceratops tries to get to the side of Take Me Out and toss it OOTA, but it winds up being a bad aim and Take Me Out lands right on the heated circular saw, which cuts into a wheel for a while before Take Me Out escapes.
Now, lets rewind and focus on Steven Whatsisname and QJS now.
Steven Whatsisname slips under QJSs CHaos 2 like flipper, and flips! Steven Whatsisname starts pushing QJS through the tunnel, but about halfway through, QJS hits the flipper and selfrights, but another flip from Steven Whatsisname makes QJS hit the celing of the tunnel then bounce back to the floor hard. Steven Whatsisname is almost finished when QJS Selfirights...but another flip from Steven Whatsisname and soempushing easily puts QJS into no-bots land. Steven Whatsisname runs like its being chased by Killer bees, and QJS tries to do the same, but Shovearound 2 charges into it and slams it into Psycho Cyans clampers. Psycho Cyans clampers clamp down, then go up....and then QJS is being ripped apart like a pig through a meat grinder! QJS decides to safrice its flipper to break free, and suceeds, but not before QJSs flipper is just about torn off and the rest of it looks like its almost been eaten by a lion! QJS tries to run away, but its no match for Shovearound 2 in top-top condition as Shovearound 2 gets under the weakened QJS, then decides to plow it right into one of the saws to finish it off.
Earlier with Dieceratops and Take Me Out...
Dieceratops gets sickened by Take Me Outs close shave, and gets right under it, fully positioned this time, and tosses it OOTA!
Take Me Out has been Taken Out by Dieceratops Re-Invertus! Thats one down, two more to go!
Steven Whatsisname shows up shortly after this, and both chriss wait for a sign that QJS is dead.
That sign dosent come, but Shovearound 2s Presence of barreling through the tunnel tells them that they better get the hell out of there ASAP! Dieceratops and Steven WHatisname smartly do so and do not interfere with Shoveaorund 2 Slamming the reamins of QJS into the front saw of the arena...and shatters the saw in the process! Now QJS is nearly sliced in two and can barley move at all...Not enough for Shovearound 2! Shovearound 2 takes QJS to one of the arena flippers..and BAM! QJS is shot upwards like a cannonball and nearly hits the celing with all its lost weight...then comes down HARD and looks about finished. Electronics burst out, a drive motor fell out on the way down, not moving..it looks like the robot that wouldnt go down has finally done so.
QJSs long name is the most of whats left of it! Thats one more robot needed to go out...
Chris and his clone agree on flipping a coin to decide who goes out,
and its..Steven whatsisname who will commit suicide!
Just as Steven Whatsisname is drving to the pit, Chris decides to give him a small flip to put him in for fun.
Now we know what no, not steven whatsisnames name really IS: MUD! Dieceratops proves that dinosaurs HAVENT truley become extinct yet, and takes the first place in the bracket 1 final heat!
Hope you enjoyed it. Next one up later today.

Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
ok y dont u(chris make the design then)
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Tim, its YOUR design: YOU make it. Quit relying on others so much that proboblay wont do anything for you [just asking people to write fights just like that, using others robots as possible entries for other people to enter, etc.]
Buzz off Tim, and STOP ruining my tourny.
Sorry about this everyone, but this guy has just gotten on my last nerve.
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Tim, I understand you like making new threads so why dont you make a sepperate one so we can all help you design a vapourbot. :)
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
thank you Andy thats a good idea Im doing it just now

Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Apologies for the long delays, but with Tim out of the way and my comp functioning again, I can continue the fights!

Battle Raptor and Death Adder immeditley look towards Psyclonic, who is pretty screwed here! 2 axes and a anti-spinner! Andy tries to get the powerful FBS out of the axes way, but Death Adder gets a short area away and brings the axe down! Battle Raptor flips it, but the FBS shell hits the axe of Battle Raptor, which goes flying! Talk about a great opening! Richard 1 is going to have to be more careful! Chalkie charges towards Psyclonic, which means all three robots are going after him...but Daves lifting sword gets amputated by Psyclonic when the two collide! Dave tries backing up with the rear skirt, but both skirts on the rear are ripped off by the power of Psyclonic! Both Richards decide to do it without Dave, and Death Adder backs off...which lets Psyclonic clip the side of Detah Adders ring, which takes a large chunk out of it! Andy is thinking this might turn out well after all, before Death Adder gives him another taste of the axe! Psyclonic hits the ring again, taking out more peices of the ring! Battle Raptor tries to charge with the flipper and see if it will do anything, but the flipper is torn off! Psyclonic has de-weaponed two robots, but Death Adder will be active for quite some time, as it hits Psyclonics top again! Andy deicdes Death Adder has to go soon, and hits a part of Death Adder where the ring used to be, leaving it defenseless. Some skirts go flying, causing more damage to Death Adder! In the meanwhile, Psyclonic deicdes to finish off Battle Raptor, who has been de-equipped of its weaponry, and takes a large chunk of armor off the front! Another hit tears even more armor off, leaving Battle Raptor nearly armorless on the front! Another hit tears away a few electronics, and Psyclonic hits one more time to add insult to injury, tearing more electronics out and leaving the front inactive, with some more electronics torn out! Battle Raptor isnt going to move anymore, as Richard 1 puts down his controller.
Battle Raptor has fought one battle too many! Thats one down, but who will the next two be?
Death Adder heads to avenge Battle Raptor, but Psyclonic hits another area of the ring, leaving almost none of it left! Another hit tears off some more skirting, but Death Adder counterattacks, slamming the axe into Psyclonic again, hitting a area that was axed before! Suddenly Psyclonic is having difficulty moving, the axe must have hit a motor! Death Adder hits three more times, the hole getting bigger with each times, and Psyclonic has stopped moving! What was one of the strongest forces here has been eliminated!
Psyclonic gets caught in a cyclone! Who will go through to the next round?
Chalkie sees this as its chance, and charges into Death Adder full force, and manuvers slightly to get it into the house robot area! Richards clone is trying hard to get away, but Chalkies speed is getting it there fast! Death Adder has to do something, but the axe isnt facing chalkie! And eventually, Chalkie gets to the house robot area and runs like the wind! Death Adder tries to follow, but SUNCUST grips it, which might have chomped a camshaft! Hurricane Hugo comes in,spinning like a drunk, and hits Death Adder, sending both SUNCUST and Death Adder spinning away! Death Adder can only barley move, with part of the camshafts disabled, SUNCUST decides to put the poor thing out of its misery by clamping it again and ramming it open-side first into Hurricane Hugo, which tears alot of electronics out and even another part of the camshafts! Death Adder isnt going to keep moving after that haymaker, so Chalkie has won with help from the hosue robots!
Death Adder has met its death after a great preformance, as Chalkie dosent get Chalked as it gets the second place in the bracket 1 final! Only two spots left, who will get them?
That was long. Hope it was worth the delay. Next fights up soon.

Mortgage box rushes MORD right from the start, and with the excellent acelleration, gets there in no time, grips and lifts, and heads right for the pit trigger? Is Richard done for already?Maybe....NOT! Achilles heads right in with its flipper and tosses Mortgage with MORD still in it, who slips out and lands on its right side! MORD decides its time for a little payback and lifts up the scoop and starts tearing into Mortgages side! Mortgage gets a torn up side from the 20kg drum and gets flipped over a couple times before landing. Mortgage charges over to Call Out Hook to see if it can get some luck there, but Martyn sees Dave coming and launches the hook, letting it land into Daves wheel and retracts it, and a large bit of the wheel is taken out. Dave swerves off course, and Martyn gets in another blow to another wheel. Dave tries to line himself back up, knowing his control is seriously damaged here and needs to get a sure shot, but Martyn dodges and hits yet another wheel and retracts it. Alex decides this foolish nonsense has gone on long enough and charges into Mortgage and flips it out of the arena!
Mortgage has failed to make its payment! Who will join it the eliminated wastebin?
Meanwhile, Call out Hook and MORD2 have a go at it: Call Out Hook slams the hook into MORDs top, but it has done basically nothing! MORD2 lifts up Call Out Hook then pushes it into the house robot area...going...going...going...
GONE! Rich dumps off Call Out Hook into the depths of SUNCUST and SHovearound 2s lair, and then makes a run for it! Martyn tries to escape as well, but SUNCUST denies it and crunches through the turret...Call out Hook isnt of much use now! SUNCUST releases it then hands it over to Shovearound 2, who charges through the tunnel as it lifts up Call Out Hook...
Meanwhile, MORD2 and Achllies go at it. Achllies flips MORD over, but MORD lifts up the scoop, then clamps down on Achlliess side, then starts letting the drum rip into Achllies, though the good armor is ressiting it for quite some time...MORD rams into the pit trigger Mortgage failed to reach earlier, and Shovearound 2 has entered the fray, still pushing Call out Hook at a frightining speed, as Call Out Hook is placed onto the arena flipper, and cant get away in time, as it goes up, up and away and...not flipped! The turret has snapped off, but thats about all. Achllies flips, and this time, Call out Hook is down, as MORD2 pushes it into the pit...
Call out Hook has been called out, as just one more robot needs to be eliminated...
...But just as Call out Hook is pushed down the pit, Achllies has started a little conga line and is behind MORD! MORD isnt going in, with the rear resisitance trying to back off and retreat, but Shovearound 2 decides to teach that cheating greek hero a lesson and pushes them BOTH down the pit!
Were going to a judges decision here. Quite hard, as not much between these two robots occured.
Agression: MORD: 9 Achllies: 8
Damage Given: MORD: 9 Achllies: 8
Damage Taken: MORD: 9 Achllies: 8
Control: MORD: 9 Achllies: 8
In a difficult decision due to such a breif fight, it was fairly clear MORD was doing more than Achllies was, and therefore, MORD wins, but barley. So therefore, Achlliess heel has been found, and MORD Destroys its way into the Bracket 1 final.
Alex: Yes, I know i didnt speel Achllies right. Sorry. :P
Oh yes, and NSIREC was disorginised before, so I present to you the NSIREC board to find all info when you need it: [With the format changed slightly]

Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
ROUND 1
NEXT BATTLE
Allanon VS CHAMELEON VS Flank Attack VS GeForce
Razer-esque cruncher and scoop today. Allanon will be first on the hit-list: basically just try and outpush it with the better traction and attempt a pitting
After that, I think GeForce will be next - try to charge in when the flipper is open and crunch the electronics exposed with the arm. Keep a good grip on and attempt another pitting.
As for Flank Attack, stick to rear attacks, clamp and try for Pitting no.3
Dont stop now, Tony! :proud:

Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Go for Allanon, and grabble it with my good strong claws. Next go for GeForce, and help Steveo out by driving up and over the flipper wedge, as to open up the flipper for Steves claws. Then, when GeForce is done with go for Chameleon so that his plow fits right between my arms and stops at my plow, so that my crusher can get under his sides and I pit. Hopefully.
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Oh why go for my poor little allanon? what has it ever done to anyone?
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Alex, you do know the next heat is actually Slammer/HHISTWT/Panicking/Gigabyte, right? If youre wodering why im not telling htis to steve, I asked him to post tactics for that fight so I wouldnt have to wait on him if I got impatient and wanted to do the fights now after having others wait a long time for the fights, so they wouldnt be held up longer. [Well, this only holds true to interchangable robots, as I can easily write fights without tactics for non interchangable robots.]
Melee will be written later.
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
O-K!
Well, at least youve got my tactics there as well. =P
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
I havde some bad news. This tourny will be cancelled, I just dont have time for it anymore. It looks like FRA might die after all, with only Mechanical Noise and EnigimaTek to lie back on, as Aaron rarley writes any fights and one writer just isnt good enough to keep FRA alive.
Oh, and one more thing:
DO YOU REALLY THINK I MEANT THAT?!?! :proud:
Haha, just kidding. Sorry if anybody actually fell for it and got too mad.
And now, to the fight...
Slammer will be using the wedge setup, I asked Alex over MSN.
House Robots: Hurricane Hugo and Psycho Cyan Evolved
3...
2...
1...
ACTIVATE!
Slammers wedge setup might not prove to be great here, every robot here is invertible! Except for HHISTWT, but that can self right, unless the bar breaks...
With a evil snicker in his mind, Alex drives Slammer over to HHISTWT, and activates the bottom shrimech, flipping it! HHISTWT goes spiraling out of control, the bar starts hitting the floor again and again taking peices out of it, it bounces off the pit release button and still keeps going! Finally Panicking rams into it and gives it a good slam into the wall! Looks like the torque of Daves bar worked aginst him there, as he just kept going and going and going, and wouldnt stop! But right after HHISTWT is rammed into the wall, it goes berserk again from the inpact! Some of the bar on both ends was taken out from the previous bouncefest, and that isnt helping the berserked control any. Dave sighs and decides enough is enough, and shuts off the blade. HHISTWT lands on its feet, but not for long, as Slammer flips him over!
Panicking starts pushing it as Dave turns the weapon back on ina attempt to self right, but it cant get back up fast enough as Panickings blazing fast speed has pitted it already.
HHISTWT Has Hopefully Intered Surley The Western Trails! [Why couldnt it have been HHISETWT to actually make sense, Dave?] Thats one down easily, but will the rest be just as easy?
Gigabyte sees his chance and grabs Panicking and starts driving towards the pit..but whats this?! Slammer is sneaking up from behind, and flips Gigabyte into the pit...with Panicking still in its grasp!
CEASE!
Alex thinks hes won and does a little victory dance by activating the shrimech on bottom and then on top so it rocks back and forth...but our judges disagree! They say since Panicking wasnt technically IN the pit, but in Gigabytes grasp, it will have to face Panicking before going through. As for Gigabyte, well, it bit off more than even a GigaByte could chew, and is out of the melee.
3...2...1...ACTIVATE!
Panicking charges out without wasting time and tries to sneak around to Slammers back, but Slammers 2 Wheel Drive allows it to turn quickly and flip it all the way over! Martyn gets angry and tries the side again, not knowing what else to do and is met by Alexs flipper again! Martyn decidess the third times the charm and charges one more time...but you guessed it: flipped again! martyn is getting tired of this game and charges towards the rear with the forks up and clamps down, then takes Slammer to the flipper for a taste of its own medicine:
The flipper throws both robots high into the air, and Slammers wedge has been bent..as have Panickings lifting forks! Slammer charges to see if it can still get under Panicking, and it can!..but barley, and mainly due to Panickings bent lifting forks, which cant get under Slammer. Slammer drives over to the house robots zone and drops Panicking off. Panicking is fast, But Hurricane Hugo is quicker and slams into Panickings side, which tosses the polycarb side away and sends Panicking spiraling into Psycho Cyan Evolved, who grabs it and lifts it into the discs of death... and the polycarb is chewed off faster than a lawnmower eating corn on the cob! The tyres are torn apart, most of the vunrable electronics are torn out and ripped apart, theres no way Panicking can still move like this, but Hurricane Hugo gives it one more for good measure to tear off the other side of Polycarb, and Martyn resorts to using his horrible english to torture the drivers so no more is done to his creation.
Panicking Panicked too much! Slammer Slams into the final place of the Bracket One final!
Bracket 1 Final:
Dieceratops Re-Invertus VS Chalkie VS MORD2 VS Slammer
So..how bout them tactics for once :proud:
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
MORD2 will go for Chalkie first - put the plow down and ram it in the side, shove it into arena obstacles, or get it against the wall and use the drum on it. Try and do the same to Dieceratops Reinvertus, then attack Slammer with the drum.
-
Not-So Insane Robotic Elimination Challenge!
Yaaawnnn..No! I wasnt slacking off...seriously!
*runs away from mob chasing with flaming pitchfork and starts writing*
House Robots: SUNCUST and Psycho Cyan
3...2...1...ACTIVATE!
MORD heads out and gets under Chalkie, and speeds right to the arena hammer, which comes dwon on Chalkies corner so hard, the lower-right wheel is and impales it right out! Chalkie drives away, although not that controlled, and tries to push back, but with the lost traction and torque, MORD has the upper hand and slams Chalkie into the saw, which eats away at the armor. MORD is forced to back off, and meanwhile Dieceratops squares off with Slammer, who is using the horizontil claw setup. They charge into each other, and ALex grips the Flipper of Dieceratops just before Dieceratops fires up the flipper! Dieceratops launces its flipper with Slammer still clamped to it, and Slammer counters with activatign the bottom shrimech just as he lands, and Dieceratops is slammed into the floor still attached to Slammer, but just as he hits the floor, he gives Slammer a taste of its own medicine and pops himself back over along with Slammer! After everyone is through cracking up at this small robo-slinky incident, Slammer releases from Dieceratops and Dieceratops tosses Slammer like a pinata that just wont break open, and when Slammer lands, slightly disoreinted from all that previous action and now this, Dieceratops takes the opportunity to flip Slammer OOTA!
Slammer has been Slammed out of the competition! Who will make it to the final!
Meanwhile, MORD has slammed Chalkie into the wall and starts chewing away at it with the drum, and continues doing so until forced to back off. The sides have taken quite a beating, and the pit opens, but Chalkie is fighting back, and tries to push MORD into the pit from the side, but accidently screws up the driving and MORD gets under from the rear and pushes Chalkie into the pit!
Chalkie has has its name chalked up on the losers board! Who will be in the the final, Dieceratops Reinvertus or MORD?
MORD charges towards Dieceratops now, and Dieceratops charges to meet it, but MORD gets under and slams Dieceratops into the wall, and starts grinding away with the drum! Dieceratops is getting a grounding underbelly and not liking it, so Chris activates the flipper, which places it on top of MORD! Dieceratops drives off and Gives MORD a flip from the side, then quickly drives under again just as MORD lands and flips it OOTA!
MORD has been destroyed! Dinosaurs will last for quite some time, as Dieceratops Reinvertus goes through!
Sorry for the delay. Now could you..you know..please stop pointing those flaming pitchforks at me? Theyre starting to burn.

The join fastest Snakebite 4 and Seggy 4.25 are quick to take on each part of Team Raven. Seggy 4.25 (equipped with its scoop) goes to take on Disco 5, while Snakebite 4 heads for The Deer. Disco 5 already has its flywheel spun up to top speed and hurtles it into Seggy 4.25, sending the Team Solarized robot back with a scratch in the steel plate. Meanwhile, Snakebite and The Deer are locked in a deadly embrace and The Deer pushes Snakebite right down the tunnel! Both robots enter the house robot territory and Shovearound 2 is quick to react and gets its lifting forks under Snakebite and lifts it up. The Deer, sensing danger, escapes down the tunnel back to segment one. As it gets back, The Deer witnesses Seggy 4.25 ramming its partner Disco 5 into one of the horizontal saws on the side of the arena. The Deer quickly goes to help out and charges at Seggy 4.25€¦ but Dave quickly moves Seggy out the way and The Deer heads straight into the fully spun up disc of Disco 5! The shear force buckles one of The Deer€™s claws upwards, rendering it completely useless.
Poor old Snakebite is being pulverised to death in the meantime by the Forge Hammer and the house robots. Seggy 4.25 is now suffering a double team by Disco 5 and The Deer, though. Both Team Raven bots have cornered Seggy and are beating it up with a series of rams and disc attacks. Suddenly, all attention turns to Snakebite 4 who has escaped the house robots and is heading to rejoin the party! Snakebite seems to want revenge on The Deer and immediately gets under it and uses the lifting arm to lean it against the wall. Disco 5 quickly gets involved and pings the disc into the side of Snakebite 4, who gets turned upside down. But this is no problem for the invertible shuffler who turns around and gives Disco 5 a taste of its own medicine with its own spinning bar.
Seggy 4.25 has used this time to escape and has made a run up at Disco 5, charging it into the sidewall and one of the saws. Meanwhile, Snakebite 4 strikes with its bar again, this time reversing it into the beached The Deer and striking the underbelly, shaking The Deer down back to its wheels with a thump. Almost instantly, Disco 5 replies by walloping its own disc into Snakebite 4, sending it spinning against the arena wall and gets trapped. Disco 5 quickly turns and reverses in at Snakebite getting the wedge under, just as Snakebite had freed itself with its lifting arm. With one swift flip, Snakebite finds itself riding up the wall and teetering over the top and out of the arena. Disco 5 is then joined by a great ram by Seggy 4.25, thumping the blue and yellow robot into the corner. Seggy 4.25 goes for another ram but this time goes flying high up the wedge of Disco 5 and is flipped onto its back. Seggy 4.25 goes for a third ram with its now semi working scoop but just gets a face full of spinning doom once more. Followed by a long push down to the other corner of the arena - Disco 5 seems to be on top of the match up now. Which is more than can be said for The Deer who has been inactive for too long and is finally counted out.
10€¦9€¦8€¦7€¦6 €¦5€¦4€¦3€¦2â ‚¬Â¦1€¦OUT!
Now it€™s down to the last two, Seggy 4.25 and Disco 5! Almost just at the right time, the pits in both sections of the arena descend. Seggy 4.25 senses a sneaky victory and pushes Disco 5 straight for the pit, but narrowly misses. Disco 5 slides under and quickly flicks Seggy 4.25 back right way up. With the scoop now facing away from Disco 5, Martyn spins his robot round and launches the disc into the rear end. Disco 5 quickly turns round to perform another quick attack and wedges under Seggy 4.25 and drives it town the tunnel into segment two. Psycho Cyan Evolved and Shovearound 2 are instant to pounce on their new prey like a Frank to a cup of coffee and get stuck in straight away, separating the two robots and dragging them away. But Disco 5 is not in the mood for playing around and simple rolls Psycho Cyan evolved over onto its back! Shovearound is furious and goes to right its house robot team mate, leaving the competitors behind. Seggy 4.25 gets both robots out of danger and pushes Disco 5 back down the tunnel into segment one. Seggy 4.25 in fact goes straight for the pit and misses narrowly for the second time in a mater of moments! In the confusion Disco spins and catches Seggy 4.25, flicking the interchangeable robot into the pit of oblivion.
CEASE!
Snakebite 4 is flipped out of the arena, The Deer is immobilised and Seggy 4.25 is pitted leaving Disco 5 to go through!
