One more thing, Dave - Im not sure NSA should replace WOSS in the seeding, as its not much like WOSS. Flipping Mad TU and Push-Ish are fine replacing TSC and David Sheppard though.

rich i also think that u should save a place for scott if there is any left
Scotts already reserved a place, Martyn.
And Nick. And Tom B
Have they reserved places on MSN then, Matty?
For the Football, Biohazard will have the front flaps next to the lifting arm raised up so it can control the ball more easily and El Persistance will have its lifting arm slightly raised up so that it can grapple the ball.
I think Matty is just pointing out people who would probably like to enter who havnt already, being as Nick, Tom and Matty dont use MSN AFAIK...
Still working on my stats Im afraid, should be done soon!
Well I dont, Nick does I think, and Im not sure about Tom.
OK, Ill save places for Alex, Nick and Tom for now, and see if they appear.
With 4-Wheel-Steer, stick in Seggy 3 with it with the active scoop.
ok about the woss area, I was shocked it managed to get past round 1.
For the challenge belt, enter me Black Chalkie Beard (if its allowed, cos its in the mayhems) otherwises NSA.

Thats where youll find all the stats. One slight change. As itll probably be its last tournament, and because its seeded, well have Hypertension Mk.2 instead of Veg 2. This means that hell keep his seeding and that PRP will just be a newbie.
Thanks, Matty! What does WKJGW stand for, BTW?
Theres one place left in VFT6 if Nick, Tom B and Alex are entering, one place left in the footie and you can also still enter the Challenge Belt!
alex is on holiday
I dont think Tom B has access to a computer yet, he hasnt posted anything for ages, and thats not like him.
Right, Ive finished my team, but looking back at some of the stats I dont think Ill be getting to the final again this time.
1) SOR 4.0 - Replacing SOR 3.5 - Seems to be OK, Ive just used the same drive as last time, tell me if you need more details on the weaponry because I rushed it.
2) ForcePower Turbo - Replacing ForcePower 3.0 (I think I entered it) - Hopefully one of my best bets in this competition.
3) Wedga Revo - Replacing Wedga EVO (Again, I think I enetered it) - I took a lot of time doing the stats for this one, hopefully its gonna work better than EVO did. SpinVerter clone? You must be joking! :P
4) GeForce - Not sure how this will do in a none OOTA arena, but Ill see how it goes.
5) Psyclone - Replacing Code_14 (Can be found under the Code_14 stats section) - Should do OK now it has a SRIMECH.
6) Ymir - Very basic stats on this one, if you need more info Im more than happy to write them out more detailed for you.
7) WX6.0 - Replacing WX5.0 - Basically the same as the last version, a few new set-ups for this season though.
8) Tough as Nails - Series 7 version
The stats for all my vapourbots can be found here: http://mattyhakaman.proboards15.com/index.cgi?board=AJhttp://mattyhakaman.proboards15.com/index.cgi?board=AJ
All Stars: I think your picking the enteries for this, if not Id like to nominate SOR 4.0.
Annihilator: ForcePower Turbo and Wedga Revo.
Football: WX6.0 (goalkeeper) and ForcePower Turbo (striker) - WX6.0 will be using its scoop and ForcePower Turbo will have to flaps either side of the wedge to keep the ball under control.
Challenge Belt: WX6.0 of course! :proud:
Hope this is all OK, Richard. Good luck, its looking like an excellent series once again!
why is noone on msn?
Thanks AJ, but Im afraid you cant enter WX6.0 and Forcepower Turbo in two side events - a particular robot can only be in one event.
Annihilator: GeForce and Psyclone
Football: WX6.0 and ForcePower Turbo
Challenge Belt: Wedga Revo
Hope thats OK :)
Ill get a go-go on the stats for my stuff then.
VGer
Annoying Box Rush
Just looked at the VFT5 thread, Nick, and you need 8 robots if youre going to enter, so if you entered these 2 Vapourbots, youd have to enter 6 real robots as well.
Update:
Thank you VERY ****ing much to a train that never turned up, causing me to miss the coach I needed, I wont be going to the funeral. Im expecting the new processor some time around the start of next week so Ill get my stats in then.
...Arriva trains is a contradiction in terms:angry:
Ive just noticed a mistake I made when entering Ankle Biter the Second. In the dimensions section, its actually in cm, not mm as I mistakenly put. Can you keep this in mind please Rich?
Update the 2nd:
Thanks to a last minute idea from mum, and about a £35 taxi ride and some very nice people in the coach company, I will be going. Stats in next Saturday hopefully.
...Arriva still suck.
Fargo suck even more frank
Who says WKJGW stands for anything?
2000VP if you can guess. In fact, if I like it more than what it *doesnt* stand for, I might even change it.
VGER
mass:
Stainless Steel Frame - 20.43866 (1 cm thick predominantly, 2cm on the underbelly and parts of the lifting fork.)
Titanium Armor - 26.14416 (top - .764 cm, bottom - .508 cm)
Wheels - included in the Ti Armor estimate, .635 cm thick, solid, rubber treads
S28-400 magmotors x 2 - 6.182
S28-300 magmotor - 2.500
Flywheel - ~10.000 kg, mostly in the teeth.
Maxtor controller - ~1.000 kg
EV Warrior - 1.472 kg
Husqvarna 3120XP - 10.409
NiMh 24v Battlepacks x 3 - 3.6
TOTAL - 81.746 KG
Weapon - Circular flywheel, 8.4 hp (6.2 kW), spins at 1:2 reduction for 5000 rpm. If Aarons desperate for a kJ estimate, I can give him one. Its pretty modest though. I was aiming for a weapon that wouldnt break after one hit, like many others in the tournament probably should.
Frame - Stainless 400 Steel
Armor - Titanium (thickness on the mass chart)
Srimech - Lifting plate can self-right the robot in any position in 1-2 flips. NOT INVERTIBLE. Expect a motion diagram of the robot self-righting on my avatar soon.
Wheels - 15 mph, like 90% of the other robots youll ever see. 2 S24 mags power it at 24 volts. 60-amp continuous cell discharge, which is pretty good for single packs weighing only 1.2 kg each.
Clearance - HUGE. 6.985 cm mostly, although the wheels and the rear wedge make full contact with the ground obviously.
Strengths -
--Internal Combustion Engine has an EV Warrior starter motor, in case it stalls during a fight.
--Powerful flywheel with adjustible height. Rides at 5.04 cm when level, minimum height - 3.81 cm, maximum height - 6.34, doesnt matter too much though.
--Lifter can LIFT any ~100 kg robot, and can flip some opponents, depending on the angle I get, and the distribution of their weight.
--Theres enough extra weight (15 kg worth) for (1) a robot trap that lengthens the rear lifter significantly (2) ablative 2024 ali armor (which either covers the wheels or the robots top), or (3), replacing the flywheel, a stainless steel scoop for the front, which Ill likely never need *glares at Aaron*
Weaknesses -
--Not a good pushybot.
--Certain spinner designs will probably be able to stop it no matter what (Im thinking cage spinners on this one).
--Top Heavy to a large extent, though its wide enough and distributed enough to not affect turning or driving, itll usually land upside-down if flipped.
I will add ABR when Im done with it. I had to rebuild both from scratch obviously, but I think the new versions are far supurior to what Id been using.
Ill have a go Matty-

What Kind of Jackass Got Walloped?
Worse Train Company ...
... South West Trains, not for the delays, but the cost of travel.
To get from where I live (just outside Andover, Hants) to London Waterloo, it costs £24, no wonder why so many people take the car.
Is that VGer on your profile, Nick? And I still need six other robots from you.
1 more space left if Alex and Tom B enter! Still awaiting stats from Scott, Frank (hes explained why he hasnt given them, so no worries, Frank) and Aaron.
I hardly ever use trains, so I cant give much of an opinion on which company is worst.
Dave Weston? I just remembered, Mr. Brisbourne has gone on holiday in Somerset for 2 weeks, and I think, without looking at the thread, that hell be back on Thursday.
He has posted in the F1 thread.

Worst Kind of Joke Going Walkies

It took me a while to come up with this one
It took you that long to come up with THAT?!
Unfortunately, I have to pay up seeing as Mr. R got it bang on first time. Am I that predictable?
yes

BTW Richie, just thought Id tell you that Im thinking on replacing one of my entries (most likely Chameleon) with a brand new machine. (unsure of what itll be like, exactly, but Ill say dis - Doomsday is looming...)
If it isnt up by the time all the other entries are in, then just use my original line-up, K? :)
Why is it that Im convinced that James is someone else. (BTW, its not Mason or Brisbourner before everyone starts that again.) Its just he never says anything but his machines, and he only seems to conveniently appear when a major tournament comes up. I know who I think it is, but Im saying nothing.
*Gets the Books ready for Doomsday*
This looks to be a wooty tourney once more Richard.
*sets off to do some far 8 fights*
