Re: Combat Robot Hall of Fame - nominations 2011
Team Toon have had a discussion and have come up with:
Beauty 2 ( 2 x UK Champion, 1 x Euro Champion, Tag Team Champion )
Kronic ( 1 x UK Champion, 2 x Annihilator Champion )
Tiny Toon ( 1 x UK Champion, 2 x Annihilator Champion, 1 x Rebel Robots Champion )
Maelstrom ( A Robot Wars veteran that is unique with a double sided flipper and is a consistant event Champion that entertains )
Big Nipper ( A UK Champion which is a crowd pleaser with its design )
Close but didnt quite make it:
Puck ( As it beat Ripper and Maelstrom)
Ripper ( A very good robot that has just about made it, now for a consistant year )
Saint ( Very entertaining all of the time )
Thor ( A real crowd pleaser )

Was there a bit of an echo in the room when you were typing there Tony? :P
Re: Combat Robot Hall of Fame - nominations 2011
 I typed it in on my phone then the page crashed and deleted the last bit of text when I put the laughing guy in, or so I though :?
Re: Combat Robot Hall of Fame - nominations 2011
I agree with Liam, Ripper, Maelstrom, Thor, Toxic 2 & Kronic
Re: Combat Robot Hall of Fame - nominations 2011
I think Anticide should definitely be in there, it's the most successful 150g robot ever and has been revolutionary in virtually every aspect of its design since 2009 :) I think I may have nominated 101 too, out of favouritism...hehe
Re: Combat Robot Hall of Fame - nominations 2011
Voting is over and the votes have been counted. More than 40 individual robots received at least one vote, and the Hall of Fame has two new full members and four new honorable mentions.
Congratulations to new members 'Professor Chaos' and 'The Master', and to 'Anticide', 'Gyrobot', 'Kronic', and 'Warrior SKF' for their honorable mention.
