Using a scorpion xl on 4cell, no problems driving as the gear ratio is quite low and the magnets arent that big(23.2kg pull each)and are 6mm from the floor but they do help. Had to take off the connector blocks and solder the wires direct becuase when testing one snapped off after a big hit.

I know that feeling, had one snapped off from shock damage after an encounter with Little Hitter 2 years ago :)
What motor do you use for the bar?
Had a play with my new toy at the weekend and decided to make ls4 a bit more reliable.
The supports at the back of the drive motors were bolted to the base and with large impacts the base
flexed and bent the shafts so made some new ones that fixed to the gearboxes.

You've got Speed 900's for drive now ? thats going to be a very quick LS4 :)
Also made a new mount for a wheel which use to have the weapon motor bolted to it.

No the motors are are speed 600s
And changed the weapon geabox so the screwdriver motor is not going to fall off
