Given that they're called Google [bot] and Yahoo [bot], I'll hazard a wild guess that they might possibly be from Google and Yahoo?

WHAT ARE THESE BOTS?!
They are from the search engines - they crawl through the Internet and collect all the information for Google/Yahoo/MSN so the website appears in their search results. They aren't anything sinister... without them Google and the others wouldn't work! :)

I've not tried complex stuff yet, but I did just type 'integral of x' and it gave me the layout of the equation, the answer and a nice plotted graph between the limits of 1 and -1
