Credit card for internet use only

At Technobots, we have to be on our guard all the time because like all merchants, we have to fund any charge backs - not the bank / card issuer. Fortunately, we find our customers are 99.9% honest, might be different if we sold PS3, mobile phones etc. However, on Friday we received an order for over £500 of servos and RC bits but what they ordered just didnt seem right for a project. So we sent them a delaying Email and sure enough, today a charge back was instigated by the card holder. At least we hadnt sent out the goods. We have been stung for a £600 Robonova before so that hurt. We have even had our company purchasing card details used by what is eventually found to be a rogue employee of a supplier. It took 3 issues of the card before the fraud people investigated by which time the crook was so confident, he actually bought health club membership and left his real name and address.
