they probably got stripped down, parts boxed to be used to make props in shows like dr who etc
Chris R used to store them in a farm or wahtever like Mike Lambert was saying above, but he was cahrging storage to the BBC, so the BBC have now re took them and is storing them somewhere and locked away the key is the info going around at mo.
