Any ideas as to how much appearence fee you will be providing? And are we free to wonder around the park and go on rides when not needed? (or perhaps, do we get standard tickets?)
Jonno, Thorpe Park do yellow wrist-bands which are priority passes. They enable VIPs in the park to jump the queues.
Roboteers being AWOL is going to be a problem, if Thorpe Park could provide these, people could easily nip off for a ride, knowing they can come straight back without getting stuck in a queue.

Once im comfortable this is doable from a show point of view, and both parties are comfortable with the fundamentals, then we will get to the nitty gritty details.
