I found with a lot of angle grinders that the outer plastic casing is integral to the structure of the gearbox. They also use Helical gears.
So? Still probably cheaper to get the gears from such a gearbox, than to buy 'm from RS or HPC.Quote:

What speed controller do you you use for 6 motors? Lots of smaller ones or one large esc?
One Scorpion XXL does the lot.
