Re: Brushless help for rc car
I've often considered modding my Rustler.
Currently has Nimh bats and brushed 12T motor, but it lacks torque and isn't all that fast, bit of a let down considering I spent a fair amount upgrading it not all that long ago. £60 on an ESC for instance.
What would others do?

What I have done with my Traxxas,

Amazing speed for just 50 GBP, including motor, ESC, wiring and programmer. And yes it also accepts nimh.
Re: Brushless help for rc car
Thanks!
That's a pretty good alternative. My Nimh are all knackered so would rather run Li-Po, which I couldn't do with the ESC I currently have.
