Get yahoo messenger or msn messenger or chat on facebook. or even use your webcam if you love eachother that much.

yeah msn is the way forward. Been using it since I was 12 and now 13 years or so later I'm still on there :)

Skype represent!

Skype is definitely where it's at these days, there seemed to be a mass migration of my friends from MSN to SKYPE a year or two ago and because of its intergration with phones and such these days its taken off.

But then what do I know, I started on ICQ....

it creeps me out seeing peoples face

the outside world must be a scary place

I see it as a messenger first, phone second, webcam......nice but not exactly a priority, especially when mine jumps between black/white and funny colours and I need to plug in my broadcast quality condenser mic just to have a chat!

But yeah....skype, mainly cos it doesn't take up as much runtime as MSN, which seems to slow my laptop to a crawl for whatever reason!

And it doesnt really work!
