Surely the pressure stamp on the tank along with a valid until date (should be one) is certification enough? I don't remember any other roboteers bringing paper work along to events

all i can find on them is the stamped in proof pressure of 25bar and an what remains of the label i say that the test pressure is 16bar and that they were manufactured in 1995
I fear age is a problem here. A pressure vessel need regular recertification/restamp.
And paperwork. In most cases the test stamps on the pressure vessels are enough.
Main thing tech checkers look at is the quality of the work of the system.
If it does look crappy, a closer look is in order.
