Re: 2011 Robo Challenge UK Championships. April 15-17, NEC
Everyone has the right number of fights, but because the number of entries isnt exactly divisable by 3 it means some sessions have 1 more or 1 less fight making it impossible for everyone to have a fight seperated by an entire session.
The order listed isnt the order you will be fighting, it's the order it's drawn! Always so negative!

NST vs Carcinus vs Drumroll 2
So I'm going to spend the weekend building Carcinus then throw it in the arena against myself and Sam's death machine?! Might as well leave it as the pile of parts it currently is
Some interesting draws, still need to study them in detail though. I'm not as worried about spinners this year thanks to the addition of 3kg worth of hardox, although I will need to watch the flippers. Sure I can run invertible but that's no use if I'm on the wrong side of the arena wall.
Poor Kaizer doesn't seem to have it much better this year with regard to spinners, drawing three of the big guns. Good luck Ceri :proud:

Neither am I. I'm got a roll of gaffer tape - Kaizer should continue running, even if it does look like a mummy!

Thanks. Though at least I know which 3 spinners I'm fighting this year.
To think the Carcinus/Drumroll/Kaizer fight was soo close

Re: 2011 Robo Challenge UK Championships. April 15-17, NEC
Very interesting draw for all our lot. Aftershock probably has the best draw out of all our robots but will have dad driving it
Inertia XL should have a really good test although I now have some time to work out how to deal with Buzzbar after our encounter last year :uhoh:
Matt also seems fairly happy with Heatwave's line up too.
I'm really looking forward to this one now just hope Inertia gets the chance to cause some damage! :proud:
Re: 2011 Robo Challenge UK Championships. April 15-17, NEC
If its anything like its Antweight counterpart, it ought to :)
FYI: the Antweight Inertia won AWS 34 a few weeks ago
Re: 2011 Robo Challenge UK Championships. April 15-17, NEC
Hope you manage to make it along with your drum Calum, been looking forward to seeing it in action for a while. Drums ftw! 8)
Re: 2011 Robo Challenge UK Championships. April 15-17, NEC
