Wheres everyone staying for the Doncaster event then?

Kings Lynn was aproblem with hotels with every one scattered about. Have approached the recommended hotel which is now full which means that we are all over the place again.

Just had a conversation with a guesthouse that will open if enough of us book it. It is 1 mile from the dome.

Have contacted Lyntone again, they need 12 people to open up the hotel especially for us.

how many whiteboard fights will there be for heavys? as 17 robots is alot seeing as we normally only have 1 or 2 whiteboards a show, are you going to allow 8-17 robots run in one fight?

there are 2 white board fights in each show, which means it will be two big mellees, a few wont turn up, which will probably leave 2 fights with 7 in.

We will be pushing the schedule through as quick as possible in each show as there is very slick timings to run to.

There is a posibility with things going well, that there could end up being 3 which would reduce the numbers down.

We will do our best, but who would have thought at the end of the 5 venues, 2 weeks in succesion, that we would have 30 heavy weights coming.

We certainly didnt plan for it.

Its no wonder,these events are so popular with the roboteers,Ive only attended the welsh event of the winter tour so far,but I can say that the robot wars feel at that venue was apparent,well done!-roaming robots-but shhhush otherwise there will be another 20 or so robots signing up for donny

Ian, Your right the Lyntone is full, well not enough room for us. So we are now booked in at the Travel Inn as well.

Talk about luck - David and I are lucky to be here after what happened on the way home. I still dont know how I kept the car from flipping out when the git in the black car pulled right out in front of me along the A1(M). All I can say is if Id have fought the wheel I would have lost.

Good grief, now that was terrible !
