Please remember that due to a lack of space we can only allow 3 people from each team in the pits
Also due to Magnas new rule about hot water in the hall, we cannot bring our own hot water urn so
we cannot give you free tea and coffee, however we have agreed a robot builder special rate in the
coffee bar drinks will be £1 (normally £2.99) but to get that u must wear ur robot builder badge
which you will get when u arrive. We will have water in the hall for all
We will be supplying a snack lunch for all robot builders (only 3 per team)

I havent been able to drive it yet as my speedo refuses to work (borrowing one on the day). From what I have seen of the A123s, it should have no trouble.

I would very much like to attend especially given the Magna is worth the trip on its own. Unfortunately I have prior arrangments I need to attend. There is a small possibility I can get up for the morning session but only small.

But can everyone please make sure they turn up with a purpose built cradle. power LEDs, sharp edge protection and locking pins.. Its getting abit boring having to remind the same certain people every event i tech check at.

With the new tech-check sheets there is no gray area its simply a case of pass or fail! No ifs no buts!

Just mock tech-checked Kaizer and Drumroll, both passed (by my standards :p)
Got LEDs, cradles, sharp edge protection and locking devices so all set :)

dizzy is rebuilt 12v weight in at 12.6kg so now upgraded to 24v now weights 13.4kg

only thing i havent had time to do is fit an LED. Is that ok to run?

Is there trophies or prizes for this event?

will need to leave too early in the morning. plus the voltage will be changed after this event so being honest dont want to buy one for a one off. its your call realy just let me know.

just picked up the hire car.... sadly they didnt have any ford Kas left..... guess the 07 mondeo will have to do :proud:

james i will have some special LEDS with me they run on 4V - 48V so no need to keep swoping them when you change voltage ... you are more than welcome to 1 or 2 if you would like .....:):) ... pete.

Well put her back together was going to run her on 12v 3000mah nicad bot pack ... all togethrer and working ... so weighed her ..12.60kg
So put in a 24v nicad bot pack ... comes in now at 13.47kgs :):):) .. im happy :)
