Ok, cause i was searching for limitations on 2.4Ghz too and so far only France indoor has a 10mw restriction.
Even in holland this setup should be perfectly legal.

What I understood when I spoke to the http://www.helgerracing.com/UK
CE has nothing to do with being legal. It should not be bad for your health though.
ive got a 459 uhf set for tanto now woohoo me
according to the FRA build rules all our teansmitters will probably be illegal :) 100microwatts.
Who will be using one at the UK champs?
We plan on using the Spektrum at the champs
Grant, the rules as written curently apply to 40Mhz. As 2.4Ghz is a new frequency and still under test for robot aplications, we will adopt the UK radio authoritys licence conditions for UK use.. I.E. a max output of -10dbW (100mw in old money)
Small Torque will be using one at the UK Champs.
ok that sounds great. I will be using one at the champs as my current set has started playing up alot!
We are using one in Sewer Snake and our testing has had very good results.
200+ feet no problem, tho if i set the transmitter on the ground I only get 100ft or less!...
so no drinking, stumbling and falling on the ground if you want to drive more than 100ft away!.... hicc--upp!
