Hi, Iv just made this thread so all the roboteers can post there YouTube channels and videos when they make new ones.
I know theres a few people on this forum that use Youtube alot for both watching and uploading videos.
Iv just made a second channel (iPhone Channel) this is where I will be uploading shorter un-edited videos of robot testing etc that I dont want to put on my main channel.

Well, I make computer animations. I've done so for over 3 years now, and this is my channel. I started off with rubbish and now I just make animation update style videos. I apologise, there are a fair few strong words around on the page and videos.

It would be good if we could have like 10 minute event report episodes with a presenter doing a few interviews and then showing the best from each other the fights and then uploading the video to youtube/facebook/twitter and try build up a big fan base and get the word around.

We don't use the power of these websites enough!

Funny you should mention, I have always wanted to try commentating one of the newer matches. In a JP style from a recording but a bit ad lib.

I was thinking i could do some of those event report things, interviews and whatnot, i think me and Tom were talking about mabey doing it at the RC event a while ago, but in the end i couldnt make that.

I think if a few people did event report videos and recorded fights and they were all edited together into one video it would be good.
Could make like a 20-30min mini show.
Have like 5 cameras set up around the arena, then the video can be edited and use different angles to make it more watchable. Watching a fight on youtube where the camera is in 1 position all the time and all in 1 take can become boring. If it changed angle every couple of seconds it would be far better. If a kind of mini web series was made and it became quite popular it would make live events mor fun for the audience because they would be going to the event already knowing the robots and would already have a favourite. Like with the feathers at the moment, when it comes to asking the audience who they thought won a fight with like 10 robots in they dont have a clue who to cheer for.
And I think it was mentioned a couple of years back about how it would be good to have good guys and bad guys, like the face and heel roles in wrestling.
It would be good to use the internet to build up a story behind the battles but without fixing the outcome of the battles.

Anyways, just uploaded another vid to my iPhone channel,Ford KA with a Kawasaki ZX9R engine. Its my mate Daves car (the one that was at the robo challenge uk champs with me)

Hello guys. I am a FMRW (Or as you guys call it vapourbots) producer with 2 main series. Robot Wars Returns And Battlebots returns. As this is mainly a Roming Robots forum i would recommend Battlebots Returns as it has Replicas from Robot Wars, Battlebots and Roming Robots as well as Orignal robots that could be built in real life. Series 1 has been uploaded in its entity. Here is my channel
