Robots Live head to Yorkshire to the Huddersfield Sports Centre, the largest sporting venue in West Yorkshire with a capacity of 1,500.

Not looking forward to the drive though...3hrs 23 mins :S and just under 100 miles on the M1

Shouldnt take you long Dave, i did from just south of Weston-super-mare to Leicester (160 miles) in 1:45hr last night (to get home to do a speeding course :P).

Speaking of speeding, I got caught in Brighton attending the AWS, so thats my clean license out the window :P No chance of a speeding course for me, as I was doing 41 in a 30. I have a valid reason for it but I wasnt sure the cop would guy it :)

I live in west yorkshire about 10-15 miles away from the venue.
Btw next year can there be more events up in yorkshire. theres hardly any. 90% of the events are like 200 mile from us in yorkshire.

Living in Yorkshire myself I have to say there were a fair few events near us. Far more within 200 miles as well.

its alright for marco, he just contacts me and tells me where going to a event 200miles away and all he does is fall asleep the whole way lol

Chester is WELL north if you live in Devon :)

Almost every where is north from Devon :), also the same down here in sunny Summerset by the sea.

Can i enter more than 1 robot?
Im using one bot and i want my cousin to use a second bot. so if i just put down 2 team members and then add the second robot to the Any Other Robots section will he be able to use that robot?

yes you can take as many as you want

we take 3 to events and people take more

no it doesnt cost and sign ups either close when its full and they would say on the forum or you could tell them the night before and i doubt there would be a problem but most people know atleast a few days before if there going or not

No problem Shane. Liam, its free to enter a robot sign ups will normally stay open up until the event (unless we have to close early). No worries little John, you hadnt signed up so we werent expecting you anyway :lame:

A couple of roboteers have enquired about camping, if anybody else is interested in camping (rather you than me if this rain carries on!), please get in touch an i can send you the details of the campsite.

Also a quick note to say that Skeletron will be attending this event and running during the show, and we hope to include him in our future shows as well, just got to figure out how to hang the rope! There maybe another guest attending but cant say anything at the moment :)

Does anyone know what time the roboteers will have 2 arrive at before the show starts?

People will start arriving from around 3pm on Saturday. If you arrive any later than 5pm you risk not being ready, as you will have to sign in and have a tech check.
