It looks like to be a good series, shame after next weeks episode it wont be back until October time :sad:
I was searching for Scrapheap episodes on Youtube and came across Robert Llewellyns channel - just been having a look and hes got some interesting stuff on there, most notably his Making Do video-blog. David, wen it comes back in October be sure to watch it. The Grim Reaper team and myself did the Scrapheap RoadShow last year and this year we did the show proper. So be sure to watch it.

Great. Post something the week before your Roadshow debut is due so we dont miss it. Looking forward to seeing you in the (sadly) final series of Schapheap next year. We did the Roadshow this year (as did the Merlin team) but it wont be on until 2008.
Ive never watched it before so what channel/date/time etc?
its on 4 on a sunday i think, i used to always watch it, a few months ago though im sure it suddenly stopped airing in the middle of a new series.

I do believe that last years Roadshow that we did will be on Sunday the 18th and Sunday the 25th of November, 2007. We should be on both. We had to make a welly throwing machine.
Not sure when the next series starts.

BTW looking at what youre all standing in. were you all celebrating Eid-al-Adha a bit early? Mind you Roadshow 2 is shown only 4 days beforehand.
Team Lightning from RW also did this Welly Wanging episode as the Romfrod Roboteks. It is currently due to be aired Sunday evening on Dec 16th 2007 on Channel 4. Nice to add this show to the RW and Techno Games list. It was fun to do.

Hi David,
Certificate arrived this week. Very nice.
Contrary to what I implied a few messages back, it now appears that no decision has been taken to discontinue Scrapheap and a decison will not be made until the 2007 series, and part of the 2008 series, has aired.
I have already saved SC to my Sky+ but next weeks Special episode according to Johns list earlier isnt on - its replaced by the film Elf so I have completely lost the plot.
Now that the main series is over with, Channel 4 will start to jump it around the schedules.
Found it eventually - according to the 4 website it is back Sunday 9 Dec 6.25pm

I thought the show was well made but felt sorry for the eight teams that got knocked out in the first round - they hardly got shown at all. In fact a lot was cut out generally. But overall I liked the way RDF TV made it - very funny and entertaining. Laurie.
What annoyed me is when they kept saying the all-stars machine was built the day/a couple days before the event, yet when you watch the clips from the build against the actual day, Lisas bump was a lot bigger.
When will series 10 be on the telly?
The channel 4 forums are really annoying, as currently they are closed so the mod team can have some time off.
It sounds alright, but they could just have put it onto read only so people can read the old threads :sad:
