Summer of Robots tournament.
Ill enter Back To Rock II
Name - Back to Rock II
Shape - A box with a slightly sloped front
Weight - 100 Kilogram
Speed - 29 km/h (18mph)
Dimensions - 90x75x30 cm
Ground Clearance - 0 at sides (due to skirts) and front, 2 mm at the back
Power - 2x Etek motors at 48 volt
Movement - Four wheels, 20cm diameter
Turning Circle - Zero
Weaponry - It has a broad hydraulic lifting arm which can easily lift 200 kg. To easily get underneath an opponent, it has two lifting plates at the bottom of the arm, one on the left end and one on the right end, instead of one large lifting plate like Behemoth.
Between the two plates, in the centre of the scoop, I mounted a vertical diamond edged Pussycat-style blade, powered by a S28-150 Magmotor, spinning upwards at approximately 3000 RPM, which will hopefully rip off some armour, or more likely, a tire, while lifting an opponent. Jamming a blade into an opponent while lifting it hopefully provides as much control over an opponent than a Behemoth-style grabbing claw/axe can, and it€™ll surely do more damage. (To avoid confusion, the blade is actually part of the lifter, so when the lifter moves up, the blade moves along).
On both sides of the bots is a pair of 5 mm titanium skirts, to make sure I won€™t get flipped very often, as hydraulic srimechs just aren€™t as fast as pnuematic ones.
Armour - 6 mm titanium all around
Srimech - The lifter self-rights the robot when needed
Strenghts - Nice weapon synergy, very high traction, low ground clearance
Weakness - Hydraulic srimech might prove to be slow

Summer of Robots tournament.
Ahem, I am Mark Elam, and welcome to the Extremely Crummy Tournament.
I need 8 of the worst vapourbots of all time. These bots must not have won any matches.

Summer of Robots tournament.
...is there a reason you couldnt just start a new thread?

Summer of Robots tournament.
Tri-Tainium will take part, as hes yet to win anything :proud:
TRI-TAINIUM
€ WEIGHT: 100kg
€ ARMOUR: 4mm Hardox for the back/scoop. The top and bottom panels are 5mm Titanium and the sloped sides are 6mm Hardox to sheild the wheels.
€ SHAPE: Low invertible box with a front scoop (the scoop has a slight dip in it to help get under other robots better) and sloped sides.
€ MOTORS: 2 x LEM 130€™s at 36V = 18HP
€ LOCOMOTION: 4 Vulkanised Wheels.
€ DIMENSIONS: (L) 60CM (H) 20CM (W) 60CM
€ COLOUR: Unpainted, with the exception of the name on top written in black paint.
€ WEAPONRY: The weaponry consists of 3 x 9kg discs, made out of 1cm of Titanium with 3 Hardox bludgening teeth. The discs are set on the same axle, and amounted deep into the scoop, with the teeth just reaching towards the lip of the scoop, so the uppercut movement of the discs can attack base-panels and the like. The discs are powered by 2 x LEM130s at 36V. Set on a ratio of 1.5:1, it gives off 3600rpm. The discs, combined together make 27kg, so the force given out is 165kj per hit! Large amounts of Rubber amounted behind the scoop stops the risk of self-destruction.
€ SPEED: 18mph
€ GROUND CLEARANCE: 0MM-1CM. At the front, it is completely 0mm. On the sides/rear, its 1cm.
€ STRENGTH: Weaponry.
€ WEAKNESS: Completely new design.
But Joeys right - start a new thread for this, not invade that of a former forum member.

My latest world beater:
Name: The Lump
Shape: Wedge
Colour: Yellow
Drive: 2 Triangler Wheels, they do work using the massive mystery motors which are a mystery as to know what they are you would have to sign the offical secrets act, giving 20hp and 100nm of torque from just 12 volts, again these motors are secret
Speed: Once it gets going it is like a train, getting up-to 60 mph if the arena was large enough
Ground clearance: Variable, pending on where the wheels are on the cycle.
Armour: Some rather tasty looking super-strength cheese, with a steel chassis and inner box where the cheese sits on top.
Weapons: The wedge
Srimech: Nope
Extra notes: Makes a mess of arenas in more ways then one

Dont worry about it, Paul. I would never attempt to take over E.O.T.R series 4. then channel 2, which airs it, would go defunct, besides, I like it.
