High flow rate (correctly sized tubing and a valve with high flow rate) , using quick exhaust valves , having a large bore , smaller pipe going from main tank to buffer to help reduce co2 cooling which will decrease pressure and geometry of the flipper (leverage etc.)
were can i get good flow rate valves?

i lost the file that contained all the info you gave me and was unable to retrive it. this time though it shouldnt be an issue
