SIZES?

can anyone tell me the diameter for the hole cut out required to fit a standard drill motor through? I'm going to make some drill motor mounts from HDPE but was wondering what size of hole saw to buy (the motors are ordered and haven't arrived yet). Can anyone help?

also is the hole cut out size 24 x 30mm for the front end of the drill motor?

i think its 38mm

The gearboxes on drill motors are a whole host of sizes (as can be the motors) so I suggest you get the motors and make the mount to fit.
