Btw, can anyone tell me what they are making their body's of the robots out of? Polycarbonates, steel or...? Its obviously something malleable. And strong. I dont think anyone would be chipping in for titaniums would they?

hdpe and aluminum with some hardox when i can aford it

Most people these days tend to use either hdpe (10-20mm) or aluminium for the chassie. Mostly bulkhead style builds are seen.
