ARC vs FRA (Joint Plan)

Hey guys

After (Somewhat relectantly) agreeing with Mark on this, he has decided to do ARC vs FRA again to get back into the
swing of things, also im going to be co-host as well, writing fights and will make the draws.

The plan is 4 FRA members and 4 ARC members

EDIT: almost forgot, you require 1 HW one LW one MW and one SHW
