the foam stuff that goes in flight cases

i'm in need of some pick and pluck foam

does anyone know the best places to buy (cheap) or what another name for it might be?

is that the blue or black stuff you cut your own holes in, does the dent stay there if you poke it ?:P If it does then its extruded polystyrene, I get it through my school, they get it through education supply ,places, try MUTR and technology supplies, they might have it.
