Re: K3 Heavyweight For Sale.
I'm not having this one. Sorry DMac. The flipper is in the wrong place, so the robots always end up on the side of the robot, rather than in front. Anyway, I'm starting work on my heavyweight now, so it doesn't matter. Whoever buys it, try improving it a lot. Never been good with hardox, anyway. Polycarb only works for me.

Will be interesting to see where you put your flipper, on the sides??

Re: K3 Heavyweight For Sale.
Nope. The shape of the robot is wrong. Very thin blade, it would be difficult to get under a robot because it isn't wide enough. Ours is going to be a lifter, and is going to cover the whole front of the robot.
Re: K3 Heavyweight For Sale.
george theres no right or wrong shape to a robot, every robot is different and all have their advantages and disadvantages
to say a robot is built wrong or something similar could come across as a bit insulting
Re: K3 Heavyweight For Sale.
I'm not saying it's built wrong, I'm only saying that it would be difficult to get underneath another robot. I'm sorry if I offended you, Dave. :)
Re: K3 Heavyweight For Sale.
You didnt offend me, George, I was just curious about the statement, the various versions of the 'Carrot' have shown that the configuration works, but everybody has their own ideas, if they didnt wouldnt the world be a boring place.

I suppose. Mind you, I've got a couple of pics of it, should I post them up?
