Hello all,
So the title basically explains it all at the moment, I have already built the first bit (the main bit) out of polycarbonate plus the electronics for LR Evo, and in total, that weighs 5 Kilos. So I need some ones help to help me build a rollover body shell for it, similar to Mega Morg...

Couldn't you just take some thin polycarb and bend it over bolting it at both sides? If you want something thicker you will need to use a heat gun to gently melt the polycarb slightly. Shouldn't be too tricky to throw together if you have managed to get a chassis base sorted.

I'd use UHMWPE, it's very tough but flexible. Drumroll and a bunch of US/Aussie bots which use self righting hoops/rollovers/whatever use it.
